We would go back there.
Pros:

Great location; close to Ephraim and Sister Bay. Rooms were very accessible and we really enjoyed the patios for our rooms. Pools were great and everything was very clean.

Cons:

Very firm mattresses, which was fine for some, others would have preferred softer.

Would stay there again :)
Pros:

Stayed a few times there in the past, loved the location. Rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. Beds were comfy with lots of pillows. Loved having the patio door to open for air.

Cons:

Bathroom is smaller but worked. Need some kind of grab bar handle to help getting in the tub/shower combo. Floor was slippery.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The pool areas were very nice especially the outdoor pool. The big trees afforded plenty of shade and a peaceful atmosphere. We also liked the maid alternative. That is, no maid service but instead they leave a basket of towels, cups, toiletries and new garbage bags outside the door. You simply swap the new stuff for the old and leave the basket outside the door. Very convenient.

Cons:

Outlets are few and far between.

Perfect spot for relaxation and fun.
Pros:

Location was great. Felt private and relaxed, yet we were only a few minutes drive to restaurants and shops. Both pools were wonderful, as was the hot tub. The staff was kind and friendly.

We've stayed with you before and will again. We love your location and the pet accommodations.
Pros:

The room was wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our accommodations.

Cons:

Just a suggestion, upgrade the lamps maybe to include an extra outlet for plugging in phone chargers, or have a docking port for that reason.
Another suggestion is maybe have a little section in the lobby for first aid products, bandaids, tylenol, antacids, etc. They can be for purchase, but that saves a trip to go out to find them. We needed tums and had to go out that night to buy some.

Very happy with our stay! Clean, comfortable rooms. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The check in process was easy, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again! Excellent value for the money!
