Do atendimento dos funcionários...todos foram excepcionais.
O hotel está bem localizado. O atendimento, no geral é bom. E o room service tem um bom cardápio, com comidas bem servidas e gostosas.
1. O banheiro é antigo, com banheira, cortininha e tapete plástico.
2. Além disso, dos 8 dias que fiquei, apenas 1 optei por não jantar no hotel e solicitei ifood. Quando solicitei no restaurante e tb no romm serviçe talheres, foram indelicados, até um pouco grosseiros ao dizer que não emprestavam para comidas vindas de fora. Tb não tinham alternativa para eu comprar descartáveis, ou alguma opção. Viajo muito e fico frequentemente em hotéis e é a primeira vez que vivi algo parecido. Muito desagradável, não me faz querer retornar.

Pedir um abridor para vinho e a resposta de um funcionário que não poderia ceder, pois teria que cobrar a rolha.
