O café da manhã é excelente. A equipe de funcionários é ótima! O quarto é bom.

Foi uma experiência muito boa!
Pros:

A equipe do hotel foi extremamente cortês e atenciosa. Os quartos são bem limpos e confortáveis. E o café da manhã estava variado e saboroso. Muitos hóspedes em família (casais ou pessoas idosas) aproveitaram a estadia segura e agradável.

Cons:

O deslocamento do hotel para outros pontos da cidade, sugiro que seja com veículo próprio ou com transporte por aplicativo.

Da limpesa do quarto, dos mensageiros e do pessoal da manutenção.

Cons:

No anúncio informava que os quartos possuiam isolamento acústico e isso foi o que me fez escolher esse hotel, mas eles não têm isolamento acústico, o que foi decepcionante. Fiquei sem água quente por 1 dia, e por isso fui trocado de quarto. No segundo quarto, à noite, vinha barulho de música ao vivo da rua, por isso tive que ser trocado de quarto pela terceira vez. No terceiro quarto, o ar-condiconado e o wi-fi não estavam com funcionamento direito e como eu já havia me aborrecido com os quartos anteriores, parei de reclamar para não estragar mais a estadia.
