Höfliches Personal, gute Beratung mit den Mitarbeitern. Die E-Anlagen sollten ebenso wie die Bäder besser in Ordnung sein. Das Frühstück sollte reichhaltiger sein.

Great staff, location

It was a short trip , all u need is to be in city center , everything is around u . This the main value .
The staff is so friendly, room is clean but all the hotel need to be renewed .

The room was in front of the reception, so noise from the reception was inside the room even during the night. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom is separated by walls, not ceiling, from the room, with poor ventilation.

Old building, 6th floor. Elevetor broken first day so we hiked up the aging staircase. Cheap rooms though! Clean small beds.

Bed bugs and cockroaches, but I guess it's typical for Cairo. Very filthy city. But the staff was friendly.

Good value of the money

Fiquei neste hotel assim que cheguei no Cairo, o cafe da manhã nao consegui usar pois ele é apenas as 11h, a localizaçao é terrivel, dificil de achar onde fica e a rua muito barulhenta, as camas eram boas, mas o banheiro era uma tragédia, tinha que tomar banho praticamente sobre a privada.

Queda en un sexto piso de un edificio sucio, el personal no es amable ni servicial, el aseo es nulo, habitación con vista a la calle, si tienen problema para dormir con ruido les será muy difícil en este lugar

The room doesnt look like the pictures.
We booker a private tour in the desert. Once we got there, they Saïd its a shared tour, we paid for private but got paired with other people in a small car. We tried to call Minerva they said it’s a misunderstanding they were meaning share tour and private tent at the camping spot. But we know we were clear about our request.

Staff and location is the best and bed was very comfortable

Minerva down town hostel it’s a great property nice breakfast good WiFi , mamdoh w Remon w yousefff just great good staff if you need anything you can ask them they will make your stay safe and quiet facilities helpful. If you want to go some where ask Mamdouh about a Uber car he is professional remon and yousef they smiling and friendly and waiting just the moment when they can helping you. And except that guy who work after 00:00 he is not friendly or respectable never he would help you or smile on your face is like a prison guardian, in the beginning I want to write a bad review but everything was okay good except this guy and for me no problem because if he don’t like his work it’s his problem and I hope the owner discuss with him if he have some problem. Thanks guys🙏 I absolutely recommend it and I will comeback soon😇

Tínhamos algumas horas antes da saída do nosso voo de volta e queríamos um lugar para deixar as malas e tomar um banho. O hotel fica quase na esquina de uma rua com muito comércio. Mac Donalds, varios restaurantes e lojas de roupas e sapatos. Hotel fica no 6 andar de um predio. Meio difícil de achar. Não dormimos lá e não tomamos café da manhã. Também não tomamos banho mas no banheiro alguém tinha esquecido uma cueca. Minha esposa nem quis sentar na cama. Internet ok.

Hotel Minerva is tucked away in a safe, convenient neighbourhood. Very comfortable stay and i would definitely stay in Minerva again if i do fly to Cairo in the future.

Room on 6th floor.Up and down a very old lift not recomended cause of not allways operating and key required for door !!! If not working you have a long walk up the stone stairs ! Bathroom very small with shower all in one.Breakfast very boaring but ok.
