Staff repeatedly described as amazing, friendly and helpful (including assisting with a dog and extending stays during emergencies); strong positive service sentiment.
Location
9.3
Several mentions of a great or good location and nearby Italian restaurant; location considered a clear strength.
Room Quality
8
Rooms are spacious with kitchenettes/jacuzzi suites for some, but multiple complaints about worn mattresses, bouncy/uncomfortable beds and dated decor needing updates.
Amenities
9.2
Positive notes on jacuzzi suites, fully equipped kitchenettes, included hot breakfast and accessibility; amenities generally well-regarded though some facility areas need updating.
Value for Money
7.7
Mixed-to-negative sentiment: guests felt the stay was expensive given sleep issues and unexpected fees (e.g., $50 pet charge not disclosed), reducing perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast often described as included with a good selection by some, but others called the food mediocre and noted the breakfast area was uncomfortably warm.
Overall Experience
10
Overall very positive guest experience driven by outstanding staff, cleanliness and strong amenities (jacuzzi/kitchenette); isolated negatives (beds, fees, security/housekeeping in one report) did not dominate overall sentiment.

It was okish for the price and stay area, but other hotels in the area could be better
Pros:

The staff were very nice, the lobby/food area looked very great

Cons:

The walls to the rooms have wallpaper peeling, I’m semi shocked the room barely have any accommodating accessories (mini bathroom items, water bottles, etc)
