Pros:

Staff un po in difficoltà nell assegnazione delle camere. Avevamo prenotato un appartamento vista fiordo invece alla fine l’abbiamo avuto piano terra vista strada e palazzi.

Нам не понравилось, что мы жили в другом здании. Это совсем другой корпус, а не просто отдельный вход в апартаменты.
Отсутствие шумоизоляции как с улицы так и соседа со второго этажа. Который до 4 утра прыгал по потолку. Отсутствие возможности позвонить и пожаловаться на ресепшен, так как мы в другом здании без телефона с ними. Чтобы выйти на завтрак нужно одеться и пройти по улице. Хотя по фотографиям нам понравился отель и сам отель где лобби тоже. Но мы неудобно жили в другом корпусе. И я выбрала его из-за того, что у дочери была отдельная кровать( и мы заплатили за него гораздо выше просто номера). Но лучше бы мы были в более тесном номере, но с общими удобствами. И даже за эти деньги мы могли бы взять два отдельных номера и это получилось бы также. Комната где спала дочь, не было темных штор. В общем мы расстроены. За такую цену это крайне неудобно и завышено. Меня вообще удивляет, почему в описании нельзя указать: эти апартаменты непросто с отдельным входом, а эти апартаменты в отдельном другом здании с отдельным входом.
Да, ощущение реальной квартиры, хотя листаешь фото современного отеля.

Странный, но неплохой отель
Pros:

Дизайн отеля выше всяких похвал, я имею ввиду общие пространства типа рецепции или столовой. Присутствует какая-то морская тематика и странные картины, коридор в сторону нашей комнаты 102 напоминал фильм "Сияние", жутковато. Завтрак неплохой но и не отличный

Cons:

По приезду выяснилось что отель занимает три здания вдоль улицы и детей отселили в дальние апартаменты. Наша комната 102 была тоже в соседнем отеле LON, там где завтрак в столовой, напоминающей корабельный кубрик. Размер комнаты типа 60 см вокруг кровати, раковина у кровати, а унитаз и душ типа в стенном шкафу. Апартаменты были большие, но стандартный дизайнерский глюк - раковина очень красивая, но поставить зубную щетку некуда

Great breakfast, wonderful location, modern room with fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher and even oven.

Cons:

We had apartment and it is located in a separate building down the street, so if you need anything at the hotel - like board games or play billiard - you need to walk a bit. The apartment was on the first floor with windows to the street, a bit uncomfy. In the apartment there is barely any place to put your stuff on - the bedside tables are tiny and other than that there is nothing in the room. Same with bathroom - nowhere to hang the towels, let alone put your clothes or toiletry bag (even their hairdryer, which is Dyson, btw, was placed on top of the trash bin, as there is no shelf). There were two holes in the bedsheets.

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, very modern, excellent breakfast, staff was nice, parking was easily available in the lot just in front of the buildings.

Nagyon szép hotel. A szoba és fürdőszoba tiszta, jó ízléssel kialakított. A személyzet nagyon kedves. A reggeli szuper, a parkolás szintén rendben volt. Ajánlani tudom csak.....

Make sure you get what you booked and paid for
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing!!! So much offered! The beds were comfortable in the room we were given

Cons:

I made our reservation several months in advance for the family apartment with sea view and, more importantly, a washer and dryer. We were given a ground floor apartment with faulty heating, noisy upstairs occupants, no WiFi and no washer/dryer. After complaining we were given a basic suite and no one from management has responded to my request to tell me why we didn’t get the room we booked and paid for
