Terrible service because of one rude staff member. I will never return
Pros:

The location was convenient, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of my stay.

Cons:

The service was unacceptable. A staff member named Petr was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. He made me feel unwelcome from the beginning and spoke to guests with a disrespectful attitude. His behavior ruined my entire stay. Because of this experience, I will never return to this hotel and I cannot recommend it to anyone. Management should seriously address his behavior because one employee can destroy the reputation of an entire hotel.

De bar had op een andere, meer gezellige plek moeten zitten. Nu nodigt het mij niet uit om nog even een drankje te doen.

We had a fabulous staying at Motel one Florentium in Prague.
Pros:

Walking distance to most places, very friendly and helpful staff, near supermarkets and shopping.

Very good accommodation
Pros:

Large and very clean rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel is close to the Old Town, with most tourist attractions within reasonable walking distance. Tram stops and the Florenc metro station are also nearby. The main train station is a 15-minute walk away.

Cons:

There are no fridge in the rooms.
No streaming services (Netflix, Youtube) on TV, only local and german satellite channels and few english news channels.
