Excellent hotel, with excellent staff, rooms and location.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The location is simply perfect. The trams and buses stop almost in front of the hotel, there are planty of shops, restaurants and coffees near by. The main train station is also in walking distance. The old city and it's sights are in walking distance as well.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, das alles professionell und freundlich abgewickelt hat, vom Check In über Fargen zum Aufenthalt bis hin zu einem kleinen Problem bei der Tiefgaragenausfahrt (Autokennzeichen nicht erkannt)

Cons:

Wir hatten Glück, einen Tiefgaragenplatz zu bekommen, da diese leider auch teilweise abgesperrt war.

That it was under construction, and I was told two days before I got there that was gonna happen. I wish they had a bar open. just to have a place not in the city to chill

Jag och min 10 åriga son hade fyra fantastiska dagar i Prag!
Pros:

Hotellet låg nära till spårvagn och en kort promenad till tunnelbana och stor busstation. Trevlig personal och bra standard på rummet. Mycket välkomnande!

Cons:

Fräsch, enkel frukost men kunde ha önskat lite mer i utbud.
