The Location was perfect in the downtown and near to everything

Cons:

Very bad smell in the rooms , very old fournitures it wasn’t clean enough with all due respects for the cleaning service they was too friendly and amiable ,I wouldn’t to say that about the hotel I wanted to be an amazing experience but unfortunately it’s wasn’t.

J ai pas de pension ni mangions à l extérieur je pense avoir bien fait j ai connu cette hôtel il y a w20 ans cela n a plus rien avoir service désastreux dommage

The hotel was nothing like advertised and staff were rude and terrible! Asked for refund so we could leave and was refused! Left straight away anyway and booked into another hotel.
Still trying to get refund now!

« Séjour gâché par un accueil froid, un personnel irrespectueux et un hôtel vétuste.

Je suis très déçue par mon expérience dans cet établissement. Dès l’accueil, le personnel a été froid et peu accueillant. L’hôtel est vieux et ne correspond pas du tout à ce que j’espérais. Ma famille a eu des difficultés au moment du réservation mais au lieu de les aider, la responsable et l’agent de réception les ont mis de côté et les ont traités sans aucune considération. Ma mère et le reste de ma famille ont été très mal à l’aise et dégoûtés par cette situation.
Ce séjour, que je voulais agréable, a été complètement gâché par le manque de professionnalisme et de respect du personnel. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel et je n’y retournerai jamais.

Le personnel pas emballe, les chambres sale des fourmis dans le lit et mâle entretenus j’ai changé 3 fois de chambre, il mon attribuer une chambre simple que sur ma réservation c’était un duplex, pas d’animation, personnel mal organisé, un surcoût de 25% par rapport à ma réservation je déconseille fortement

I servizi erano pessimi: le lenzuola e le coperte erano macchiate e sporche, il bagno era sempre allagato d’acqua e la doccia era in condizioni igieniche terribili. Gli asciugamani sembravano già usati e il personale non era affatto accogliente, anzi parlava in modo scortese. Non lo consiglio a nessuno: è stato il peggior posto in cui sia mai stato in Tunisia.
