清掃スタッフさんがいい感じで、元気にサバディー！と挨拶してくれます。
仕事も丁寧で、清掃後は床にチリ一つ落ちていません。ベッドメイクも完璧でした。マットレスもちゃんと弾力があり、腰が痛くなるようなこともなかったです。
タオル類は毎日取り替えてもらえ、あと水も毎日もらえる(290ml×2本)のが地味にありがたいです。
シャワーはちゃんとお湯が出、エアコンもしっかり効くので快適でした。
朝食もなかなかおいしいですが、唐辛子の入ったものは超激辛なのでご注意ください。
デポジットに30万キープ必要ですが、水だけならタダなので全額返ってきます。
カップ麺も机の上に置いてありますが、これが無料かはわかりません。
セーフティーボックスは見当たらなかったので、ワイヤーロックがあると安心でしょう。

Located at quiet environment

I had a good time in this hotel.
All staffs are good and kind.

目の前の通りがそれなりの交通量で夜中まで車が通ります
窓が薄く音がそのまま入ってきます、二階だったので、なれるまで時間がかかりました
設備は古いですが部屋は広く、値段相応です

This hotel is good value for money, especially with current deals. The locationn is not ideal if you want to be near the Mekong downtown area. Excellent breakfast provided - I also received a room upgrade free. The reception staff were not very welcoming unfortunately - maybe they had a bad day? There is quite a lot of traffic noise - so preferably try to get a room at the back of the hotel Otherwise my stay was very comfortable.

Well this place is good expect for the internet connection is weak get off often . Breakfast is good is alright for 1 or 2 night , is not far from the royal Thai embassy ..

I will go again in that hotel. The bed was great I slept so well and the breakfast was very good.

It’s quite an acceptable hotel. About 20 minute drive from the international airport.

Pros:
- Price is reasonable
- 10 minutes walk to the embassy (great for visa runs)
- I had to photocopy some documents and they did it for me at the lobby for free
- Convenient stores and restaurants were accessible
- Staff were good. They werent rude and when I tried to pay for an extra half day they tried their best to stay patient with me even though I was struggling to communicate with them due to currency exchange rates & language barriers
- The rooms were decent. It seemed old but still good
- Breakfast buffet was good. Had a selection of asian foods, Korean side dishes, tea, coffee, cereal, etc.

Cons:
- Housekeeping just comes in the room without even knocking.. which is invasion of privacy (and was really annoying). We tried to tell them to come back some other time but they didn’t get it. Neither was there any signage to put in our front door to tell housekeeping that we want to makeup our room or “do not disturb.”
- Toilet wasn’t entirely dry when I first checked in. It was wet like someone just finished cleaning
- Upon entering the room it was pretty clear they just didn’t bother to clean everything. You could see some dirt in the minibar and some webs on top walls.

I do have some suggestion to improve the service.
At least put the list of mini bar prices. I didn’t know until check-out.
I didn’t even know what number to call the room service until I randomly dialed “0” and magically went to the reception. Btw room service number is 202 and either no one picks up or when they do, they don’t understand english.

Not recommended for leisure. Just a decent hotel for visa runs.

今回は部屋のカードキーが使えない問題があり、毎回外から戻ってくるたびに受付に行って部屋を開けてもらう必要があり面倒でした。

Everything was great and the breakfast was delicious

タイの大使館に近いです。とても快適に過ごせました。近くにはカフェやレストランが多くあります。　タイのビザ申請をするには便利な場所だと思います。

Staff and food were great but my room wasn’t because the bed sheets had stains and little bit dusty all over the room.

On visa run. Great value for our situation. Clean, simple room. Staff was helpful and responsive. Bfast was lao had ample tasty choices. Only thing we didnt understand is why the website said there was a pool, but no pool. (If you have kids, Pool would be nice for all the downtime waiting for visa processing) otherwise we recommend this place.

Very nice breakfast. Overall experience was very pleasant.

Great value for business travelers. The morning breakfast is generous. I live in this hotel for two very productive week. If you like to work and do business in Vientiane, this is the little secret place. I particularly liked the attention central location, large dining area, and the most helpful and courteous staff, specially Vassim, the resident manager. Some facilities for People with Disability can be improved. However, all the staff took care and helped me as a wheelchair-bound digital nomad. Highly recommended. Keep it up, Lao Golden Hotel!

Lovely hotel central to eateries,shops,and if willing..walks to morning markets and night markets..but tuk tuks available.....only complaint was other guests smoking in their rooms and smoke drifts into mine......otherwise no issues..Lovely staff..breakfast was ok for Asian but not westerners taste...and no one can make coffee..but I was happy
