We would like to inform you that complimentary spa access is included with the following room types: Deluxe Super King, Junior Suite and 737 Cockpit Suite. For all other room types, a surcharge of €19 applies for the use of spa facilities. Guests are required to wear swimwear and slippers to access the spa area. Please be advised that the Vitality Spa Amsterdam is not accessible to individuals under 18 years old. The Vitality Spa pool is exclusively accessible to guests of the spa. Starting April 15th, the Vitality Spa will be exclusively available for ladies every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 12:00 to 16:00. For Ladies Afternoon reservation is required.

The hotel reserves the right to take a pre-authorization on your card prior to arrival. A deposit of €50 per night will be charged to your card at check-in for incidentals. Hotel has a modern feel to it. I didn’t manage to use the spa facilities, which is unfortunate because they looked really nice. Hopefully next time. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Hotel is conveniently located next to metro Sneevlietweg with lines 50 and 51, and close to tram 2.

Hotel brauchbar aber ohne fenster im Zimmer

Zimmer hat keine fenster und es gibt eine viel zu kalte Lüftung die man nur bis 22 grad einstellen kann bei uns im Januar war es immer sehr kalt Temperatur bei etwas 19°

Pros:

2 minutes walking to the Metro station, very comfy rooms, bigger than expected, breakfast is exceptional. Facilities are Great. 2 super markets and some restaurants near the hotel, 5-7 minutes away walking

Pros:

Everything staffs are very nice and very welcoming. Price is so great with breakfast included. Location is very near to metro. Facilities are commendable.

Geweldige gratis upgrade, echt genoten
Pros:

We kregen een gratis upgrade naar de cockpit suite. Echt een geweldige kamer! Verder een birthday package erbij geboekt wat mijn dochter heel leuk vond! In 5 minuutjes bij de metro, super handig.
Top ervaring!

Cons:

Ik miste een kindermenu bij het diner in het restaurant. Bij het ontbijt was er wel ruime keus ook voor kinderen!
