Convenient and acceptable if not perfect
Pros:

The location is not too bad....15 min or EUR 40 by taxi to and from the airport. No public transport directly to the airport. There are however good options to go into town, Metro and Tram.
The property is recent, nicely done up. The staff tries hard and well.
The beds are comfrotable. The black out curtains work well enough for me. The rooms are well sound proofed.
Gym: good enough for maintenance...one can do a weight lifting session there...not bad at all

Cons:

The wifi is ab-und-zu as the germans say. My strong dislikes (sadly):
Location: the lack of direct shuttle or public transport to the hotel
Tea cups: thanks for providing tea bags and a kettle..why provide expresso cups only? how does one drink tea with an expresso cup...room designing by accountants
Temperature: forget about setting the tempoerature in your room...it was freezing cold at 19.5C...the thermostat had not effect, it is there for decoration. The hotel brought me a portable heater and a blanket (in august)...because they know they can't do anything about it
Food: the food choices are not great...it is mostly get-fat food...
Spa: lovely space...dirty...how disapointing

Pros:

Estrutura excelente, localização muito boa, comida agradável, pessoal da recepção boas mas os atendentes do Restaurante foram os mais excepcionalmente bons, eles fazem muita diferença. Essa foi a minha experiência.

Cons:

A limpeza no quarto foi abaixo do esperado. Sinto muito dizer isso.

Gut ausgestattetes sauberes Zimmer und super freundliches Personal im Restaurant
Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal für einen City Trip nach Amsterdam, eine Tramlinie und eine Metrolinie nur 5-8 Gehminuten entfernt. Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück und ein schönes Restaurant mit karibischem Flair und entsprechendem tollen Essen haben uns herzlich empfangen. Wir haben jeden morgen den schönen Pool für ein paar Schwimm-Bahnen genutzt. Das Zimmer im 4. Stock war recht geräumig und bot durch die bodentiefen Fenster einen guten Ausblick in Richtung Altstadt, das Kingsize Bett war sehr bequem. Die Dusche war recht groß und mit diversen flüssigen Seifen, wie Body Wash, Conditioner und Shampoo ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage wurde mittags automatisch wieder auf 19,4°C eingestellt, was uns etwas zu kühl war. Es dauerte sehr lang, bis es wieder wärmer wurde.

Hôtel confortable et au delà de nos attentes.
Pros:

Hôtel de qualité supérieure pour un rapport qualité-prix ultra compétitif, propreté impeccable, staff accueillant, souriant et professionnel.

Cons:

Ce serait bien de pouvoir s’installer dans les chambres avant le check-in (si elles sont prêtes) sans avoir à payer le supplément de 30€ qui n’est pas justifié selon moi.
