Please note that different policies and supplements may apply for reservations of 10 rooms or more. The spa is included in your room reservation. Guests are required to wear swimwear and slippers when accessing the spa. Please note that Vitality Spa Amsterdam is not accessible for persons under 18 years of age. The swimming pool at Vitality Spa is only accessible to spa guests. Vitality Spa Amsterdam is exclusively open for women every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 12:00 to 16:00. Reservations are required for Ladies Afternoon. The hotel reserves the right to take a pre-authorization on your card prior to arrival. A deposit of €50 per night will be charged to your card at check-in for incidentals. Any unused credit will be released upon check-out.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Cons:

They still haven't returned the 100€ deposit. I stayed at the hotel from May 13th to 15th.

You still haven’t refunded the deposit, you’re not replying to my emails, and it’s simply impossible to get through to you on the phone. I’ve been calling you for ten minutes at a time, waiting for someone to pick up, and when I did get through, I was transferred several times and they even hung up on me mid-conversation. This sort of treatment of customers is simply unacceptable.

Amazing place to stay. Totally recommended.
Pros:

The spa was amazing!!! And completely free. The highlight of the stay has been the staff: always kind and considerate, and ready to help. The whole place was very well taken care of, and the room was really comfortable and smelled amazing already when opening the door.

Idéal pour un week end relaxant.
Pros:

Accueil sympathique et efficace. Chambre confortable et bien équipée. Accès au spa avec piscine, sauna et sauna infrared. Localisation bien desservie par le métro et le tram. Quelques commerces aux environs, utile pour manger surtout lorsqu'on arrive tard le soir.

Cons:

Malheureusement lors de notre venue le haman n'était pas accessible.

Fabulous place to stay
Pros:

The location was perfect as right by the metro. Good view and spacious room. Comfortable bed! Spa facilities were great. Breakfast was good!

Cons:

Could have been a bit more of a fruit selection at breakfast and better bacon :) 🥓
