The highlights were definitely the beautiful views, the wonderful and welcoming staff, and the dinner, which was unique

We had a pleasant stay at Yunmingi Alishan Hotel.

The highlights were definitely the beautiful views, the wonderful and welcoming staff, and the dinner, which was unique and very tasty. Parking was also very convenient, which made the stay even easier.

Although Alishan National Forest Recreation Area is about a 45-minute drive away, the hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the tea fields, which creates a peaceful and scenic atmosphere.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm atmosphere and lovely surroundings.

Cons:

The hotel is quite simple and basic, and the design feels a bit outdated, but overall it was comfortable and suited our needs well.

Great stay in the mountains with great surroundings
Pros:

Great location, large spacious rooms, clean and very friendly staff and a lot of offerings

Cons:

I wish the food offerings were a bit more, they only offer one thing for dinner, and breakfast was ok.

Absolut ruhige Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Teeplantagen. Großes, helles Zimmer mit Balkon. Es wurde kaltes und heißes Wasser kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstück bestand aus verschiedenen warmen Speisen, Toast, selbst gebackenen Brot sowie Waffeln. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check-In sowie Check-Out super einfach.

Pros:

Great B&B, spacious room, comfortable bed, had all the required facilities. Included breakfast was tasty and we bought some of their locally grown tea! Would happily stay here again.

Heaven up in the mountains
Pros:

This stay is up in the mountains, the view is breathtaking, the room was very nice clean with elevator, dinner and breakfast was great at the next building, 2 min walk down the road

Cons:

You need some courage to clime the road by car, it was an advanture

Unique but could be better.
Pros:

Very beutiful spot though hard to access. The staff is helpful though very poor english. Breakfast is relatively poor. Free parking. The room is spacious but elevator gets only until 4th floor (we were in 5). Very close to nice trails and with crazy view.

Pros:

Th view in the quad on 4B is extraordinary. Breakfast suited our taste, especially the rice porridge with all sorts of toppings. We found the tea served and sold there also delicious. There is a possibility to request tea tastings from the plantation during your stay. Sunset trail just steps from the b&b. We would definitely stay here again

Cons:

Staff called us that our downstairs neighbors complained about our heavy steps, and told us to wear the slippers provided. This surprised us since we were mostly sitting around enjoying the view. But in the end, the view supersedes these minor aggravations

Pros:

Nice stay not too far from Alishan. Beautiful tea plantation at the property. We opted for the hot pot dinner which was well prepared. Breakfast had everything we needed as well. The room was spacious and comfortable, communication via WhatsApp was quick and easy.
