We would not choose to stay here again
Pros:

On a positive note, the spa area and swimming pool are lovely, clean and well maintained, and we enjoyed this part of the hotel.

Cons:

When we booked our room, I also reserved a parking space, which was confirmed by the hotel at €18 per day. However, when we arrived, we were directed to one of the parking spaces on the street. Later, when we asked about parking inside the courtyard, the blonde lady at reception told us that there were no spaces available.

Unfortunately, this was clearly not the case. I took photos both in the evening and the following morning, and there were several free parking spaces inside the courtyard.

After the rather unfriendly welcome at reception, this situation was disappointing, although sadly not entirely surprising.

I accept that I should have checked this more carefully before booking, but I was also very surprised to discover that there is no air conditioning in the rooms of a 4-star spa hotel. For a hotel of this category, especially during the summer months, I find this very disappointing.

The building itself is charming and beautiful, with a lot of character, but in my opinion it deserves considerably more care and attention.

Unfortunately, based on our overall experience, we would not choose to stay here again. There are many other beautiful hotels in the city offering a level of service and comfort that better meets my expectations.

Poor
Pros:

Bad attitude , the med personal are very rough . I have some bad attitude in Spa and pool area .extremely ugly attitude in first day , when I was supposed to relax after long flight 18 hours long . Again I met manager Inga , Russian speaking , she fixed problems with personal and tried me to be happy . She absolutely understands ,we ,guest of hotel Windsor spa booked this hotel for treatment and relax for short time. Very disappointed ,I paid 1500.00 dollars for 7 nights , I could not even cancel and move to different hotel , because hotel price nonrefundable .

Cons:

I really like manager Women Inga . She is nice and speaks on all languages . Very important Russian and English . She fixed problem with med personal in Spa ,mineral pool . I did not like service in breakfast room . Was very hot during middle august and they did not open windows even to breath with air from street . Because this hotel does not have air conditioner and the carpet is dirty and with bad smell .Personal supposed to think about air ,open window during procedures . I felt not welcome in this Hotel .

Super Lage, nettes Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Wir wurden sehr nett und zuvorkommend an der Rezeption in Empfang genommen.
Der Pool im Haus ist prima. Hier fand ich gut, dass man Handtücher erhalten hat und alles sauber gehalten wurde.

Cons:

Das Bad war ein wenig eng und es gab kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten für eigene Kosmetik.

Pros:

The location was very good, this hotel were historical building , very good spa in side and health treatment, it is very good to people looking for Recreation , reception was helpful

There are no Bidet in bathroom
There are no A/C in rooms (some days in summer are hot )
