The spa is open from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:30 and on Saturdays from 7:00 - 13:30.

Wir waren über die Weihnachtsfeiertage im Hotel Windsor, die Lage ist super, mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt von Karlsbad, was immer ein Problem ist, gibt es hier nicht es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und alles frisch zubereitet, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber. Ein sehr schöner Innen Pool ist auch vorhanden mit relativ warmen Wasser, 28 °C. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der obersten Etage mit Blick auf die Kolonnaden, sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.
