Hotel Palma Blanca del Mar

Es un buen hotel, muy comodo y confortable, se debe mejorar en la señal de wi-fi, era intermitente.

Cerca de la playa, sitio tranquilo y con todos los servicios. La habitación es para asearse y descansar, no para permanecer en ella.

Excellent location, quiet, but near the beach, shops and restaurants. The room was a bit small, but clean, quiet, and comfortable. Although parking on the street was available, we were allowed to park in the courtyard, which was more secure. The staff was very friendly and helpful with advice about where to visit and how to get there. The pool, while not large, was clean and refreshing.

There was no hot water in the hotel. The breakfast is served from menu and there is very poor choice. No one speaks English and you need to know at least basic Spanish to communicate. The hotel is walking distance from the centre, so it's quiet there, but get on the main beach you either need to walk 15-20 minutes or take a taxi. Beds could me more soft - a bit too firm for me. Ther room was big enought to accommodate 4 guests.

Un hotel muy limpio, muy tranquilo, ubicado muy cerca de la playa, a unas cuadras.

La alberca tiene medida ideal, la atención fue muy buena. Si vuelvo a Santa Marta, sin duda me vuelvo a hospedar ahí.

No recibí la habitación por la que pagamos. Pequeños insectos negros en la cama cada noche para matar. Cambiamos sabanas cada noche. Ducha sin cabezal de ducha. Colchón vale 50,000 pesos. Supuestamente no había otra habitación disponible. Tal vez, otras habitaciones son mejores, pero 211 muy mal. Desayuno tiene que escoger de 7 selecciónes de la cocina. Servicio al client 1-10, 4

Buen hotel. Muy buena la atencion del personal. Buena su ubicacion a dos cuadras de la playa. Ricos loa desayunos. Para mejorar, el mantenimiento de las instalaciones hidraulicas.

Bonitas habitaciones. Piscina mediana pero aceptable. El personal super amable y muy predispuesto a responder tus dudas. Recomendable.

El hotel es muy bueno, buena atención lo que mas seguridad nos dio fue la alimentación... muy buena.

Great little diamond in the rough. Small bathroom but cute place

The staff at Hotel Palma Blanca del Mar are incredible! I left my phone in a taxi and they tracked it down for me. They were always friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast and has a nice pool. The room we stayed in was a bit small, but overall we were happy with the hotel. The location is close to the beach, though it is not in the center of the city.

Excelente la atención y servicios, impecables en su limpieza, volveré las veces que sea necesario y lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Su ubicación, en sitio tranquilo,pero a la vez con dos excelentes sitios para comer, a cuadra y media del mar.

We like the attention, it is comfortable , close to the mall and the beach . The staff are candidates and the place is familiar

El hotel es lindo en fachada, pero sus camas son horribles de incomodas, es como estar durmiendo en el suelo de duro, realmente si todas las camas son así no lo recomiendo para nada, esta un poco retirado de la playa principal Rodadero.

On a plutôt l'impression d'être ds une auberge plutôt qu'un hotel.la chambre du premier soir était minuscule mais on en a demandé une plus grande pour le lendemain et celle-ci était très correcte. Le déjeuner est bien, sans plus. Bien que ce soit Rodadero Sur c'est un peu cher.

La estancia fue agradable, los empleados serviciales y atentos, los niños la pasaron increíble y la playa es muy cerca. buen desayuno.

El hotel muy bonito y acogedor. Todo bien limpio. Muy buena atención. Delicioso desayuno.

El Personal es muy atento y amable,principalemente Sara quien nos ayudo mucho.
El hôtel muy agradable, habitaciones grandes y apropiadas para familias.
