The staff was unfriendly from the moment we arrived. They simply asked reservation questions without a smile or any cordiality. They charged my card $45.00 and I still don't know why. Very disappointing with the service I received.

Not Worth the Money
Pros:

The room layout was nice. The female I spoke with after dialing 0 was attentive and professional

Cons:

The front desk staff didn't wear name tags( 2 20s males). The level of professionalism by the front desk staff was low. The food was expensive.. $15 for a breakfast sandwich? The lack of an onsite manager at night on a weekend is totally unacceptable.

Bem localizado, limpo o tamanho do quarto é bom para um casal.
Pros:

Achei o quarto espaçoso e o hotel limpo e organizado. Tem uma lojinha com algumas opçoes de bebidas e snaks que foi muito util pois chegamos tarde e cansados e podemos consumir ali com facilidade.
O staff foi solicito e atencioso e o check in muito rapido.

Cons:

A unica coisa que nao me agradou muito foi o colchão que achei muito mole e incomodou um pouco minha coluna, mas isso pode ser um gosto pessoal meu.

Pros:

I did enjoy my stay at the Marriott, it was great and I personally had no issues. I stayed here because it was close to Epic Universe and the drive was less than 10 minutes. Our room was clean and cleaning services were super nice.
