cold pool, cold showers at the pool, no facilities supporting the pool [cold shower, no space], staff does not speak English [really nobody], staff not supportive, inappropriate behavior of staff in the sauna, staff unaware of the hotel regulations, rooms do not have separate entry into the bathroom, TV without EN programs, small gym with not sufficient equipment [open to the bar!]...I could continue with more, however very disappointing experience
