Pros:

絕對是早餐！早餐「台南牛肉湯」、「台南羊肉湯」、「海鮮粥」，西式沙拉吧，都無可挑惕。

Cons:

1、所有的服務人員人員素質真的不行，不要說基本的皮笑肉不笑，是連皮笑都做不到。（餐廳除外，他們活力滿滿）
2、有提供出借腳踏車，但還車的時候，看我扛著上樓梯也不幫忙。
3、空調聲音真的大聲到爆炸。影響睡眠。
4、五星級飯店居然沒有浴缸。
5、稱不上骯髒，但也稱不上五星級該有的乾淨。

早餐種類很多，連住2天，食物差不多！但吃得很飽，中午都吃不下了😊

Cons:

丟失了一個銀鐲子，放在桌上中央，不可能掉落，離開前也將桌面，床單都掀開檢查了一下，第二天就沒看到了，有問過櫃檯，說是沒有撿到！心裡很納燜銀鐲子長腳跑走了喔？門房櫃檯的弟弟很好，人很nice!有腳踏車可以借！去琵琶湖走了ㄧ圈！很開心

位置很好，員工都很親切。

Cons:

房間太小，價位太高，兒童遊戲區過小，早餐不提供冰淇淋跟蛋糕，住過瑞穗天合跟遠雄悅來，價格加個一千左右，房間大太多，而且還有附四人的早餐及晚餐，也有更多設施可使用。
另外不喜歡廁所的燈開了會影響到睡覺的地方。
