Pros:

位置很好，員工都很親切。

Cons:

房間太小，價位太高，兒童遊戲區過小，早餐不提供冰淇淋跟蛋糕，住過瑞穗天合跟遠雄悅來，價格加個一千左右，房間大太多，而且還有附四人的早餐及晚餐，也有更多設施可使用。
另外不喜歡廁所的燈開了會影響到睡覺的地方。

Pros:

早餐很豐盛，假日還可以吃到中午12點半，可以好好度假，安心睡飽起來吃早午餐，這次也有預定晚餐自助餐，也是滿豐盛的，小孩長輩都吃的很開心，地處台東市區，假日門口還有夜市可以吃逛，順道走路去鐵花村與波浪屋那走走，滿悠閒放鬆的喔！

Pros:

Sehr großes Zimmer, super ausgestattet. Das Personal war super nett und sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, allerdings hatte es eher den asiatischen Fokus. Trotzdem genügend westliche Auswahl. Pool war super! Wasserspender war auf der Ebene vorhanden, was sehr toll ist.

Cons:

Der Gym war eher klein, aber hat seinen Zweck erfüllt.

除了遇到一點問題須排除，其他大致ok，環境乾淨大氣、客房內環境舒適、視野良好；早餐的餐廳也相當不錯。

早餐非常棒，選擇多樣，食材新鮮、料理用心。
客房乾淨舒適、視野極佳。
有洗衣房和健身房、運動完可洗衣、相當方便。

Cons:

這次住宿遇到兩次故障，一為房卡，雖可理解意外難免、也能配合，但時間拖太長、到將近入睡時間才補上來；因這次有長輩一起出遊，這個故障排除拖到晚間、有打擾到作息時間、也讓老人家覺得不安。

另一故障為脫水機，自助洗衣房洗衣機三台尚算充足；但烘衣機一台故障、只剩一台可用。而排到可用時、又發生零錢投入處卡幣故障問題，造成機器無法感應啟動。來排除障礙的工作人員，一開始處理方式是用力抬起機器再摔下、想甩出零錢。但也因此揚起機上許多灰塵，落在裝乾淨衣服的袋子上，其實感受非常不好。且態度有點質疑是不是我們造成故障，處理拖延數分鐘之久。幸好後來另找來工程部人員處理，很快就排除問題、讓烘衣機可順利運作。

此兩事故處理方式，雖都有排除問題，但處理方式不夠圓融、且補償不太有誠意(房卡補償的飲料卷上的到期日是房卡事故當天日期，沒有告知隔天是否還能兌換、隔天去書屋兌換時，也被書屋服務人員限制兌換品項)。原本感覺這樣有質感的飯店，服務品質應能更周到圓融，但感覺似乎服務網整體沒有消息連動、導致出錯了、後續也沒有被補償到的感受。

當然可以體諒飯店出包需要花費人力處理、但說實話實質上的補償代表飯店補償疏失的心意。飯店服務究竟是一板一眼有做就好、還是要做的圓融周到、賓至如歸，或許飯店可以藉這樣的事件去反思自身定位，究竟要選擇將服務做到哪個程度?
