Sehr schönes, zentralgelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schöne, geräumige und komfortable Zimmer. Sehr gut klimatisiert.
Tolles, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit veganen Alternativen (Sojajoghurt wäre noch toll). Lage ist direkt am Hauptbahnhof, alles ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.

Pros:

Sehr nettes komfortables Hotel. Gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück sehr gut, mit großer Auswahl. Mein Zimmer war sehr groß und modern ausgestattet. Ich übernachte hier sehr gerne, wenn ich auf Seminar in Wien bin, das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Bahnhof. Ich komme natürlich wieder.

Hotel przy samym głównym dworcu kolejowym w Wiedniu, więc dla podróżujących pociągiem lokalizacja idealna.

Cons:

Po pierwsze - jeśli rezerwujesz noclegi w najgorętsze dni roku (było 41 stopni) i przed rezerwacją 10 razy sprawdzasz czy na pewno w pokoju jest klimatyzacja, to spodziewsz się, ze ona jest i działa. Tymczasem klima ledwo dmucha, a wylatujące powietrze ma tą samą temperaturę co w pokoju. Recepcja udaje że to awaria w pokoju, przenosi nas do innego, gdzie jest dokładnie to samo. Zresztą jak ma być inaczej, jak to klima centralna, zresztą w całym hotelu, w tym w lobby jest wściekle gorąco. To jak widać bardzo oszczędny hotel. Oszczędza na klimie, kuriozalny brak jakichkolwiek drzwi do łazienki, są dwa łóżka ale tylko przy jednym jest gniazdko elektryczne, z kosmetyków jedynie mydło, brak jakichkolwiek dodatków (kapcie, etc..), słabawe śniadanie. Inna kwestia to personel. Stoję wieczorem przy recepcji. Recepcjonisty nie ma - ok jest jeden. Ale wychodzi za recepcją jednymi drzwiami i znika w innych, w ogóle na mnie nie spoglądając. Jak wywieszam na klamce pokoju "nie przeszkadzać" to nie spodziewam się walącego do drzwi serwisu sprzątającego z "subtelną" sugestią, że może by się wynieść bo oni muszą sprzątnąć TO MA BYĆ 4-RO GWIAZDKOWY HOTEL ?
