Pros:

Wonderful hotel. Clean and comfortable room.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was wonderful. Good spread.
Location was near to the central station which made our excess for travelling to our destination easy.
There were shops, a supermarket and cafes available making it convenient for us.
Would recommend our friends to stay here.

Cons:

During the first morning while preparing to leave for the tour our door suddenly opened. We were shocked. A lady, later I was told room service staff, opened the door without even knocking. She asked if we needed an extra bed. It was just my wife and I in that room. We said we did not request for any. She left without even an apology. Found that to be rude and intrusive.
I believe that was just a one off incident. Nevertheless we reported it to the receptionist on duty.

Bon emplacement 3 min à pied de la Hauptbahnhof. Petit déjeuner correct. Très propre. Petit réfrigérateur

Cons:

Pas de salle de fitness. On entend les pas des clients du dessus et ds le couloir. Un peu cher le rapport qualité prix

Cons:

房間沒有熱水瓶，要煮熱水可以跟櫃檯借
雖然離火車站近，從機場坐OBB很快可以走到飯店，但離其他公共運輸站有一點距離，只有D線較近，U線要穿過整個車站才能到U1，所以做市區觀光時不是很方便
吹風機固定在牆上，要一直按著才有風的那種

Tolles Hotel - kommen sicher wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, gleich neben dem Hauptbahnhof, die Zimmer sind jedoch trotzdem ruhig.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns gleich auf das Leonardo-Programm aufmerksam gemacht, dadurch konnten wir den Late-Check-Out bis 14h nutzen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut mit einer großen Auswahl, tolles Gebäck, viele Milchalternativen. Es wurde auch ständig nachgelegt.
Das WC ist vom Badezimmer getrennt.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hat keine Tür, ist offen ins Zimmer. Der Duschkopf ist eher locker und hat kaum Druck.
Die Bettdecken sind sehr warm.
