De ligging, de rust en schoonheid van het hotel en de prachtig onderhouden tuin rondom de kamers. Heerlijk zoutwater zwembad met fijne ligbedden. Het eten wat ze serveren is ook fantastisch!! Wat een geweldig team heeft gastvrouw Madame Sophie om zich heen. Je wordt door haar elke dag weer in de watten gelegd en de service van het hele team is meer dan top.. Ook het schoonmaak team niet te vergeten.. De kamer wordt elke dag weer super schoon gemaakt. De kamers zijn mooi en zeker de wat grotere kamer die wij kosteloos aangeboden kregen na wat complicaties met de airco in onze 1e ( wat kleinere ) kamer. De kleine kamer is wel wat klein maar bijzonder sfeervol en praktisch ingericht. Fantastische bedden !! Dit hotel is echt een aanrader! Onze dagen daar waren top!!

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Villa Fabulite. If you’re looking for understated luxury, privacy, tranquility, and genuinely personal hospitality just a two-minute walk from the beach, this is the place to stay.

From the moment we arrived, Sophie and her team made us feel incredibly welcome. Their attention to detail is exceptional, creating an atmosphere that feels warm and familiar while maintaining the impeccable standards and professionalism of a luxury hotel. Every aspect of our stay was handled with care, and we never felt that anything was missing.

The property itself is beautiful, with a lovely pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, and peaceful gardens that make it easy to relax after a day exploring the Côte d’Azur.

The on-site restaurant is another highlight, serving delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a charming setting. Sophie is clearly a beloved local figure and an outstanding host. She genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make every stay special, whether through thoughtful recommendations or by drawing on her local connections to create memorable experiences.

Villa Fabulite strikes a rare balance between boutique intimacy and refined luxury. We left feeling completely relaxed and already looking forward to returning.

Quite possibly my new favorite hotel in the world. Unmatched hospitality from Sophie and her team who made us feel so welcome and went out of their way at every moment to make our stay simply incredible. Every staff member was an absolute delight to speak with and this is so rare.
Our room was well equipped, modern, very comfortable and super clean. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and promenade and is located in a quiet road and suburb. The food was spectacular! The team even helped us prepare a picnic to take to the beach one early evening. We visit South of France annually and typically stay 2-3 nights in this area though we have already decided that next year, we will centre our vacation around staying at Villa Fabulite for most of our stay.

The hospitality from the manager and the receptionist/personal was top notch. Their greeting and service was exceptional, the hotel was always clean, breakfast was super and the interior and exterior is even more beautiful irl! The location of the hotel was also great. We also appreciated the possibility for renting bikes. Thank you so much for having us, we definitely will be back.

This is a wonderful find - just a few steps from the beach in Cap D’Antibes. The welcome was so warm - and the staff continued to be that way throughout my stay. The room was beautifully decorated and so well equipped. The breakfast was gorgeous. I would definitely return!
