Umfangreiches Frühstückbuffet für eine guten Start in den Tag, gute Lage mit kurzem Weg zur Rifflsee und Gletscherbahn,
abends ein wunderbares Menu mit Ausklang an der Bar, so haben wir unsere Tage in vollen Zügen genossen.

Pros:

kitchen and all food experience were great
the staff was incredible

Cons:

We had a medical emergency overnight and the staff was not able to help, we had to drive ourself in the am. the day staff instead was very helpful
carpets were not cleaned

Entspannung und Ruhe im hintersten Pitztal mit bestmöglicher Qualität und höchstem Genuss
Pros:

Es war von vorne bis hinten phantastisch.

Cons:

Ich wäre gerne mit einer etwas größeren Pufferzone oder dichteren Türen zwischen Bett und Toilette gewesen… aber das Klo war schon sehr schön.

Cons:

Meine Mutter hat beim Frühstück die Kellnerin gefragt, ob sie sich ein Brötchen mit auf den Weg für später nehmen kann, diese sagte „ja“. Am nächsten Tag bekam sie die Rechnung, wo es ihr mit 4€! Berechnet wurde! Für ein unbelegtes Weizenbrötchen. Später wurden auf das Schild im Restaurant hingewiesen, dass die Mitnahme von Speisen und Getränken nicht gestattet ist.

Comfortable, quiet, and great food.
Pros:

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable hotel. The suites and rooms ending 1-5 had great views. The meals were delicious and plentiful. The staff was helpful in coordinating transportation and with information. We received a message beforehand that they could place our two rooms together, but that didn’t happen which was inconvenient, but all the other pros like evening entertainment, the food, the comfortable rooms, outweigh any disappointment. Just a few stops away from
Skiing at the glacier, near some
Walking trails. We would definitely recommend this place to families and travelers looking for a quiet and relaxing time in the area.
