Pros:

The whole structure is great, very clean, very kind and friendly staff, room was very clean and nicely arranged wonderful view, peaceful and breakfast was outstanding. Will certainly be back hopefully soon

Pros:

Výborná lokalita blízko stanicí tramvaje směr do centra a brněnskou předhradu. Restaurace a koncertní sál součásti hotelu. Velký parkovací dům a nákupní centrum přes ulici.

Cons:

V hotelu velmi omezená kapacita parkovacích míst. Hotel stojí na celkem rušné ulici, ale pouze přes den.

Rockový hotel tentokrát sklamaním
Pros:

Hotel som navštívil za posledné roky 5 krát. Oceňujem konanie koncertov, ktoré Sono organizuje, spojené s možnosťou ubytovania. V hoteli sa podávali chutné raňajky.

Cons:

Tentokrát služby hotelu nenaplnili moje očakávania a predlošlé skúsenosti. Po príchode do hotela sme na izbe zistili teplotu vyše 26 stupňov. Nefungovala klimatizácia. Riešené bolo presťahovaním na druhú izbu, avšak v hoteli v ten deň klimatizácia nefungovala štandardne. No najviac mi vadil hluk počas druhej noci až hlboko do noci, nakoľko hotel organizoval ples pre mladých ľudí, ktorý skončil 3,30 ráno. Takže som nespal do štvrtej nad ránom. O organizovaní plesu s plánovaným ukončením okolo 3,00 ráno som dostal informáciu z hotela tesne pred príchodom, keď sa už s rezerváciou na booking nedalo nič robiť. Organizovanie takéhoto podujatia s veľkým hlukom do skorých ranných hodín považujem pre ostatných hostí hotela za obťažujúce.
