Hotel Best Terramarina

Thank you for a pleasant stay would definitely recommend this hotel. We booked this hotel for a 4 night trip to relax and explore the Costa Dorada coast.

Hotel: Modern, clean, lifts, direct beach access and brilliant location.

Staff: Polite and friendly.

Receptionists: Very helpful and attentive. The level of service the reception gave us was better than some high end hotels, we have stayed in. They made us feel valued as guests from check in to check out. They helped with travel arrangements, services the hotel provided (beach towels) and information on the local area.

Check in/out: Efficient and informative.

Room: Very spacious and clean. It had a mini fridge, safe, wardrobe with hangers, tv, sofa and coffee table with chair. Balcony was decent had table and two chairs. Bathroom was large with walk in shower no problems with pressure or water temperatures.

Pool: Although we didn’t use the pool. The area looked very clean, tidy and well maintained. We did see the pool attendant cleaning and carrying out checks on the pool every day as our balcony over looked the pool.

Bar/Restaurant: The bar has a good selection of drinks both alcoholic and non. We found the prices to be very reasonable for a hotel. We ate at the buffet on the last night and couldn’t fault it plenty of variety, live cooking stations. Local cuisine and international options.

Beach: Very clean,tidy, nice golden sandy beach with no stones and WC points located along the beach. A coastal path running along the resort with a handful of restaurants and bars. Two beach bars with sun loungers to rent and use of their facilities. As mentioned in previous reviews yes there is a chemical plant close by that can be seen from the hotel/beach this did not bother us, ruin the view or our holiday. If you don’t want to sunbathe or swim near it simply walk further down the beach!.

Resort: The resort is very clean, tidy and well presented. It is small and relaxed not over run with bars and restaurants, just enough in our opinion!. We absolutely loved all the restaurants and bars we visited. Not one bad experience, all the locals made us feel welcome. We felt safe walking around at night and on the beach with our possessions. In our opinion a fantastic resort well suited to couples.

Travel: We got the bus to the hotel from the airport. The bus stop is located straight outside the terminal with a regular schedule (Cash only and a couple of euros per ticket). It takes around 25mins and stops near enough outside the hotel. On the way back to the airport, we got a taxi arranged by the hotel this took around 15mins and cost €30.00.

As for travelling around the coast to different areas this is simple as you can catch local buses either direction just outside the hotel. We visited Tarragona and Cambrils, we also saw a bus headed to Barcelona.

Overall: 9/10 We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to family and friends.

My only suggestion to the hotel would be to get some sun lounges on beach for hotel guests to use. However If that’s not possible maybe rent out deck chairs for a small fee that would take it from a 9/10 to a 10/10.

Perfect location, access straight on to beach, room was clean and comfortable, unfortunately the sea view is in the shade due to the trees, while im sure this is great in the height of summer in April it was very chilly. , its a great affordable hotel and I will definitely be returning .Buffet is excellent, full board does not include drinks, tea/coffee is only served at brecfast,

I like it good location nice view i think is good to include food to make it easy for someone who wants to eat in hotel thanks.

Perfecte prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding met een aangename nonchalante maar verzorgde vibe. De bijna directe aansluiting van bar en eetzaal met de strandboulevard geeft een direct instant vakantiegevoel.

Bel hôtel, belles chambres et super accueil.

Hotel moderno y muy cómodo. Habitaciones, las camas súper cómodas , el baño completo y muy grande . Hotel moderno , el hall con sofá comodisimos. Ubicación perfecta para salir. La playa a pie del hotel .

amzing views, great location right on the beach.

Très bel hôtel à taille humaine. Atmosphère très calme, Propreté irréprochable, literie très confortable, chambres spacieuses, personnel jeune et dynamique, gentillesse et sourire toujours au rdv. Situation de rêve, les pieds dans l'eau. Buffets variés, chacun y trouve son compte. Ne pas hésiter.
