Relajación, descanso y buena playa

No es la primera vez que voy por eso repito el hotel esta muy bien y la playa la tenemos ahí mismo

Cons:

Bueno al hotel le faltaría aparcamiento para los coches incluido claro esta, además ahora que todo va a ser zona azul

El hotel es súper cómodo para ir a la playa, excelente ubicación. En general muy bien, pero alguna incomodidad este año.

Cons:

Éste era el tercer año que veníamos al hotel, siempre nos ha parecido ideal para ir con los peques a la playa. Pero este año tenían los aires acondicionados o muy bajos, o estropeados, o apagados (en la sala de los sofas no se notaba nada). Además tenían todas las puertas de la planta baja abiertas, con lo que el poco aire que podía salir de los aparatos se escapaba. Este año hacía MUCHO calor, había momentos insoportables de calor, incluso en el comedor, sudando todo el rato..En un hotel 4 estrellas donde pagas lo k pagas, no es de recibo estar pasando ese calor.

Hotel que cumple expectativas de descanso,buena comida y playa.

Buen buffet en el que hay de todo para elegir tanto en el desayuno como en comida y cena.Todo buenísimo la carne muy tierna .Todo cocinado con mucho sabor..No se puede pedir más hay mucha fruta variada,helados postres dulces.y en el desayuno champán,tortitas,chocolate caliente entre otras cosas.
Conocimos a Víctor el director q está siempre pendiente de que los clientes estén bien y tanto Víctor como el personal son muy amables siempre dispuestos a servirte.

La ubicación es perfecta y la cama muy cómoda

Cons:

El último día a las 11:40 / 11:45 se bloqueó la puerta de la habitación y no podíamos volver a entrar con la tarjeta para recoger nuestras cosas ya que nos habíamos acercado a la playa para aprovechar la mañana. Siendo que el check out es hasta las 12:00, qué menos que dar algo de margen y poder acceder hasta esa hora.

Quiet and clean. Would purchase breakfast buffet but not dinner.
Pros:

Location and beach area was great, we were pleasantly surprised how clean the beach was kept and how wheelchair accessible everything was!

Cons:

Beds and bedding wasn’t particularly comfortable, especially the pillows. Also parking was an issue as anyone using the beach could use hotel parking. Last two days we were there, the elevator wasn’t working. Happy it was only an inconvenience to us but I think it would have been a major issue for many of your guests. Jello does not belong on a buffet in Spain!
