La amabilidad

Cons:

El control del televisor fallaba, más sillas para alberca y un foco no encendía. Cuando llegamos no había toallas ni agua pero solicitamos las toallas y muy amables nos las dieron.

Control de la televisión no servía ni la televisión el control del clima tampoco servía, las fotos del hotel muy retocadas y la recepción atención pésima, creo booking no paga bien al hotel o se enojan sobre la reservacion y te dan hasta el último cuarto.... Pésimo servicio turistico

Bit shabby and nothing like the pictures
Cons:

It is a very dated hotel that definitely needs refurbishment. The pools weren't inviting at all and looked very unkept and dirty, there wasn't even any decent sunbeds or chairs to sit on. Its definitely not a travel agency so I'm not why that is listed in the title and the property itself is difficult to get to, it felt very isolated

En nuestra habitación al terminar de bañarse, todo se llenaba de agua ya que no había nada entre la regadera y el WC, aparte, habían rastros de húmedas en el falso plafón y el balcón estaba lleno de popo de algún animal y hacía que oliera mal

Las instalaciones necesitan más atención el agua huele a óxido, no es un lugar para adultos mayores ya que SI tienen dificultades para caminar tienen que subir muchas escaleras y no lo específica el anuncio del lugar, no dejaron toallas para secarse a pesar que se les pidió en varias ocasiones las llaves y tasa de baño se mueven toda partes con mucha humedad
