Another pathetic experience from Zone.

The room size is ok

Cons:

It was too noisy there was a loud music sound for a very long time, adjacent room noise was intolerable. The TV remote cover wasn’t there so the battery died.

Importantly, the food order took more than usual time and no clue why it was late, when they brought almost after an hour I had returned the food, when I called the reception the guy said just cancel it.

The food menu pictures and the actual food quantities are different so please verify that before placing the order.

The hotel is in a good location

Cons:

The rooms were not clean. The rooms smelled of smoke. The AC was absolutely broken - despite someone coming to fix it, it did not work. The beds were quite old making them uncomfortable. The linen was also stained. I would not recommend this hotel, especially at this price point. There are other good hotels just around the corner from this one which provide better quality of service.
