One night stay
Pros:

Clean place and friendly staff. Good for one night, and nice to have water in the room.

Cons:

We have to change our room because of the smoke. If you don’t like smoke, avoid rooms with a balcony. There are tables right outside where people sit and smoke, so it comes straight into your room.

The room was tiny, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the pillows and blankets were big and bulky, leaving no space. Also, no place to put clothes.

Klimatyczny krakowski Kazimierz
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, klimatyczny hotelik. Dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Krakowa i okolic.

Cons:

Lokalizacja sprawia, że na tarasie czuć zapachy z kuchni restauracji znajdującej się na dole. Natomiast właśnie ta restauracja na patio nadaje takiego włoskiego klimatu hotelowi.

Pros:

Great location, amazing customer service and nicely decorated room. Our initial room had two separate twin beds but we asked for a double and they did everything they could to accommodate us, made our stay so much better.

Pros:

Molto bello l'arredamento retro e le camere tematiche. Non abbiamo potuto assaggiare la colazione fornita direttamente dall'hote, ma siamo stati contenti del servizio convenzionato con l'hotel Ta' Am 29. Ottima la posizione. Le ragazze alla reception molto disponibili.

Cons:

I materassi erano decisamente duri (nella camera 1). Dal sistema di ventilazione del bagno entrava spesso un forte odore di cibo dovuto probabilmente alla vicinanza di un ristorante.

Świetny pobyt !
Pros:

Lokalizacja , klimat panujący w hotelu , czystość, bardzo miła obsługa- szczególnie młoda Pani w restauracji (w okularach) - rewelacyjne podejście do gości i widoczna na każdym kroku chęć pomocy oraz troska o gościa. Bardzo miła i pomocna Pani w recepcji .

Cons:

Gdybym mógł zasugerować rzeczy do poprawy /zmiany to w pierwszej kolejności podklejenie chodniczka na wejściu (zaliczyłem na nim bolesną przejażdżkę) , dołożenie dodatkowego kompletu mniejszych i lepszej jakości poduszek do spania ( dla nas były zdecydowanie za wysokie ) oraz ostatnia rzecz to wymiana tv lub dekodera - ten w naszym pokoju samoistnie zmieniał poziom głośności gdy pojawiały się reklamy co mocno irytowało gdy chcialem obejrzeć wiadomości w nocy.
Warto jeszcze by woda która czeka na gości w hotelu była butelkowana z zabezpieczeniem ( nie mieliśmy pewności czy w szklanej butelce nie ma wody z kranu - oczywiście to żadna insynuacja bo całkiem możliwe iż była tam woda mineralna - niemniej jednak kupiliśmy własną)

The location is excellent, close to both the historic center and the Jewish Quarter.
The reception staff is very friendly and quick to help with any issues.
The overall aesthetic is lovely, including the rooms.
Rooms are cleaned daily.

Cons:

The bed is quite noisy and squeaks even with minimal movement.
The curtains don’t block out the light—they’re quite sheer—so if you’re sensitive to morning light, sleeping past 8 a.m. can be difficult as the room gets very bright.
You’re given two coffee capsules every two days, and the used cups are not always cleaned.
Reception is only available until 6 p.m., so it can be difficult to get assistance after that (there is a number provided, but it’s for emergencies only).
Lastly, there is no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up two flights of stairs can be a bit challenging.

Klimatycznie, ale gorzej niż na zdjęciach
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, czysto, dobry kontakt z personelem. Rozsądne podejście do psa w hotelu.

Cons:

Niby klimatyczna kamienica, ale tapeta w niektórych miejscach odchodzi, listwy też odpadają. Pojedyncza lampka nocna w pokoju dwuosobowym, gniazdka z prądem daleko od łóżka. Największy minus - w pokoju economy okno wychodzi na balkon, z którego są wejścia do innych pokoi. Balkon ten wychodzi też na ogródek restauracji - na szczęście dźwięki restauracji przycichają wieczorem.
