Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja avulias. Hotelli on kaunis ja persoonallinen.
Sänky oli todella kova. Saimme petauspatjan lisäksi sänkyyn ensimmäisen yön jälkeen. Tästä ei kuitenkaan ollut apua. Unet jäivät valitettavasti huonoksi koko majoituksen ajalta.
The location was absolutely fantastic. The area is way quieter than the old town that is full of tourists. We could easily reach all places we wanted to visit by foot. In the proximity of the hotel there are really lovely cafes and restaurants.
The hotel is beautifully decorated. We loved especially the wooden staircase and all the beautiful details. The room was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived after the reception had closed but got in easily as the room key was issued for me on an app. Breakfast wasn’t a typical hotel breakfast buffet. There was a menu and we could order what we wanted to eat. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was very cosy. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Pokój był piękny, z osobnym wejściem przez taras, czysty, zadbany. Cena za tak piękny hotel bez konkurencyjna :). Z hotelu jest bardzo blisko do starego rynku i najbardziej atrakcyjnych miejsc turystycznych. Obsługa bardzo miła. Aż szkoda, że byliśmy tylko na krótki wyjazd. Na pewno będziemy tu wracać będąc w Krakowie.
The location is good, only about a 20-minute walk from the Old Town, which doesn't feel long at all. There are many bars and restaurants nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and the view from the room was nice, overlooking the hotel's green terrace.
The room was very small. There was literally only about 20 cm between the bed and the wall. Our room was located above the restaurant's kitchen, and cooking smells could be noticed throughout the day and even during the night.
