Комфортно і зручно
Pros:

Розташування дуже зручне а також процедура заселення) Номер затишний і чистий. Великий плюс за воду і беруші в номері. Якщо приїзджати на декілька днів не завадило б якби у номері був невеликий чайник, а так усе супер)

Schönes großes Zimmer. Sehr Zentral im Jüdischen Viertel

Cons:

Haben unser gebuchtes Zimmer (Gremium Ferienwohnung) erst nach einer Nacht und Nachfrage bekommen. In den Zimmern zur Straße ist sehr laut. Das Frühstück ist eigentlich sehr gut. Doch man kann nur zwischen 6 Gerichten wählen.

Pros:

Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer, Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Hotel ist stilvoll renoviert
Zimmer war sehr klein, Doppelbett auch. Zur Straße hin ist es am Wochenende laut. Andere Zimmer nach hinten sind größer und ruhiger. Aber sonst alles prima.
Frühstück sehr gut, Personal kompetent und freundlich.

Cons:

Doppelbett war klein, Zimmer auch. Lieber hier nicht sparen und größeres Zimmer nehmen.

Room was good and clean.
Location in Krakow is good.

Cons:

Breakfast restaurant treatment was very bad. The hotel didnt help even after complaining to them.
Noisy surroundings so not good place to have good night sleep.

Pros:

Mogę polecić to miejsce . Lokalizacja super, dobra baza wypadową do większości atrakcji w Krakowie . Pokój bardzo czysty , codzienne wymiany ręczników i świeżą wodą dla gości- miły gest ze strony hotelu. Uważam tylko że pani na recepcji mogła by popracować nad tym by gość czuł się mile widziany , a nie jak któryś z kolei.

Viihtyisä majoituspaikka lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia ja loistavia ravintoloita, baareja ja kahviloita.
Pros:

Hyvä aamiainen sai valita annoksen useamman vaihtoehdon listasta. Sijainti hyvä, lähellä paljon ravintoloita joissa loistavaa puolalaista ruokaa. Myös paljon baareja ja kahviloita lähellä. Lyhyt matka vanhaan kaupunkiin. Henkilökunta mukavaa ja avuliasta.

Cons:

Huoneen ilmastointi ei toiminut, mutta huoneessa ollut lattiatuuletin viilensi pienen huoneen hyvin.

Pros:

Very friendly and responsive staff. I had a late check in but instructions on how to access my key were very clear and delivered in a timely manner. The place itself has a lot of style - it is very peaceful despite being in a fantastic location with lots of great restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Temperatures were really high in Krakow during my stay so the air conditioning was very welcome indeed.
