Pros:

Lage, Essen und Wellnessbereich waren sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind jedoch geschmacklich ein bisschen in den 70iger Jahren hängen geblieben. Im Einzelzimmer ein sehr schmales Bett, orangen-farbene Gardienen und gelbe Bettwäsche haben mich an eine Rehaklinik erinnert. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Family run, exquisite service and perfectly clean. Feels like home - food is plentiful and delicious.

We had an absolutely fantastic time on a skiing holiday. The staff were really super friendly. The food was exceptional every single night. The beds were really comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean. We’d highly recommend and definitely stay again.
The spa was an added bonus. They photographs really didn’t do it justice. All the facilities were absolutely brilliant huge big sauna steam room. The swimming pool was gorgeous and the treatment massages were fabulous after a long day skiing and the relaxation areas were perfect and we mustn’t forget the cakes every afternoon when we got back from skiing were fantastic.

Pros:

Die Lage ist kaum zu toppen . Service und Freundlichkeit des Personals außergewöhnlich.
Besonders zu loben ist die hervorragende Behandlung in der Massage Abteilung , sowie die Ausstattung des Wellness und Fitnessbereiches mit dem großzügigen Schwimmbad in wunderschönem Design

Frühstücksbuffet war top, ebenso das Vorspeisenbuffet am Abend. Einrichtungen (Bad, Sauna etc.) waren sauber und entsprachen unseren Erwartungen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die falschen Blumen auf den Tischen könnten schöner sein oder weggelassen werden. Die Sperrstunde fand zuweilen zu früh statt.

Hotel & Frühstück Super / Essen zu gesund, zu kleine Portionen zu wenig traditionelle Küche
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr Umfangreich, es wurde sehr darauf geachtet, dass immer alles aufgefüllt ist. Die Wellnessanlage ist sehr schön und Comfortabel-Modern. Das Hotel ist sehr Hunde freundlich, es gibt Frotiertücher für die Vierbeiner bei jedem Eingang, eine Hundetoilette im Vorgarten, eine Matte unter den Fressnapf und eine Kuscheldecke wwie auch Frotiertücher ins Zimmer. Es wird sogar eine Galerie der Hunde zu Besuch im Zimba geführt

Cons:

Der Pool war etwas zu kalt, man hält es nicht lange aus darin... Den Pool 3-4 Grad wärmer heizen
Das angebotenen Jausen und Kuchen lässt zu wünschen übrig - wir sind da anderes gewohnt von Östereich - mit richtiger Kuchen-AUSWAHL und nicht vertrocknete Waffeln oder Glace......
Die Mahlzeiten am Abend (Halbpension) sind etwas zu gesund und nicht wirklich östereichisch..... FaZIT sehr kleine Portionen (Nachschlag gibt es), zum Teil geschmacklose Beilagen z.B Buchweizenomelette wie eine Schuhsohle, ETWAS ZU VIEL GESUND
Auf Grund der Küche kommen wir kaum wieder

Exemplary accommodation in the snow.
Pros:

Lovely room with a really comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and looked new. The food was amazing, very much like a high end restaurant. The staff were really good and would help you with anything you needed.

Cons:

I had to leave at the end of my holiday.
