Categories

Cleanliness
8.9
Many reviews praise clean, smoke-free rooms and tidy common areas; a few mentions of toilet/cigarette smells and isolated issues slightly lowered the score.
Service
9.3
Consistently strong positive comments about friendly, helpful staff, upgrades and attentive service justify a high rating.
Location
9.1
Frequently noted as convenient and close to the MRT, shopping and night market — location is a clear strength.
Room Quality
8.6
Beds and bathtubs praised and rooms described as comfortable, but some reports of small triple rooms, awkward faucet/shower controls and occasional stuffy rooms reduce the score.
Amenities
8.4
Breakfast, late-night snacks/coffee shop and thoughtful accessible-room features are positives; however parking constraints, unstable Wi‑Fi and cancelled night snacks for some dates lower the overall amenity score.
Value for Money
9
Multiple reviewers explicitly mention excellent CP value and satisfaction with price-to-service ratio.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Breakfast repeatedly described as excellent and plentiful; evening snacks and café offerings are appreciated when available.
Overall Experience
8.7
Overall very positive stays with friendly staff, good food and convenient location; minor issues (parking, Wi‑Fi, noise) prevent a perfect overall score.
