Aile ile konaklanabilecek temiz ve konforlu bir otel
Pros:

Otel genel anlamada ihtiyaçlarımı karşıladı. Temiz ve iyi hizmet sunuyor. Kahvaltısı da gayet yeterliydi.

Cons:

Otel şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde değil. Ama önünde otobüs durağı olduğu için biraz zaman kaybı ile çözüm üretebiliyorsunuz.

I didn’t find anything I liked. I came here based on the reviews, but I honestly don’t understand what people were praising so much.

Cons:

If you want to truly feel the heart of the city, this hotel is far from where you should stay. Although I had already paid for the room through Booking.com, the gentleman at the lobby insisted on charging an additional tax. When I politely asked questions to better understand the situation, he responded impatiently, aggressively clicking the computer mouse throughout the conversation.

When I needed to exchange money in order to pay the tax, I asked whether I could leave my belongings at the hotel and quickly return afterward. Instead of responding professionally, he refused and continued reacting in a loud and hostile manner. The hotel staff, in general, were extremely aggressive and unfriendly from the moment I arrived. If you are traveling alone, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before staying here.

The room cleaning was only superficial. They had simply folded and left the same dirty towel for me to reuse. Even after I requested a clean towel, I was told that none were available, which left me stuck with the used one. Please be aware of this.

Although breakfast was included, it was neither tasty nor varied. It was far from satisfying. The only advantage of the hotel is that buses and trams pass directly in front of it, making transportation relatively convenient.

Müdürü olan hanımefendi çok nazikti. Resepsiyon ve yemek salonu güzeldi

Cons:

Odalar beklediğimizden daha eskiydi. Muhtemelen çalıştıracak eleman bulmakta zorlanıyor olacak ki odalar temiz değil ve özensiz temizleniyor.

Можно дополнительно забронировать парковку для машины за 1800 динар в сутки. Хороший wi-fi, душ.
Постельные места были готовы - всё расстелено.
Сотрудники отеля были вежливы.

Cons:

Бронировал 2 номера. Один из номеров был сильно прокурен, обратились на ресепшн - пришёл уборщик - распылил аэрозоль, но это помогло на короткое время, скорее всего, необходимо стирать шторы, мыть стены или делать что-то более масштабное, чем просто побрызгать освежителем. Эта ситуация сильно испортила впечатление от отеля в целом, больше сюда никогда не приеду.

Фен в номерах слишком слабый.

Неудобно, что для пользования лифтом, для подъема на этаж нужно использовать карту.

На 3 этаже кнопка вызова лифта требует ремонта - сенсор редко срабатывает.

Завтрак совсем не понравился. Какой-то убогий. Все основные блюда выглядели неаппетитно. Было много чего невкусного

Завтрак и расположение отеля в старой части города

Cons:

Часто размагничиваются карты , нужно уже поменять ковролин в номерах и коридорах, парковку для авто включить в стоимость номера , а не платить отдельно .
