Pros:

En general el alojamiento estuvo perfecto, lo único que no esta bien es el servicio del restaurante, poco amable y con poca atención hacia los comensales, solicitamos un plato de fruta previo a salir del hotel y tardaron mucho, nadie atendía. Fue la única mala experiencia, el concierge y el resto del personal, siempre amable y atento.

Weinig handdoeken op badkamer, ietwat verouderde meubels, TV. Geen Sheraton-ervaring

Affordable hotel close to everything.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and restaurant dinner staff made an effort to remember your name. Location was okay and easy to get Uber. Away from hotelzone which was nice.
Bed was good but AC could not be adjusted so was too cold sometimes and had to turn it off once in a while.
Room had a sofa chair which was very good to sit in.

Cons:

Breakfast was not super when you stay more than 2 days. At checkin I was assigned a room where somebody was sleeping and I was
asked to pay for my breakfast even if it was included. So a few admin issues

Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Bed was comfy.

Cons:

Not a bad place but not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Bathroom needs an update, towels clean but old, few amenities. Breakfast okay.

Perfect place for what we needed.
Pros:

Clean and very well kept up. Pool was relaxing. Bed and room furnishings were nice and comfortable. Restaurants were convenient.

Cons:

TVs only had a few TV channels in English. TVs would've allow streaming via Netflix or other services. While pool was awesome, the tile work in and out of it were in pretty rough shape. Steam room was out of order.

Quartos adequados a um Sheraton

Uma viagem internacional programada para ficar neste hotel e ser base para nossos passeios a partir de lá. Chegamos no hotel, e o quarto, que reservamos como de frente para a lagoa, não existia. Não tinha lagoa, inacreditável (kkk). As descrições do aluguel que fizemos poderia escolher de frente para cidade ou para a lagoa. Colocamos para a Lagoa - Cadê a Lagoa? Depois, daí foi um erro meu, no dia seguinte, tomamos café, acreditava que havia reservado um quarto com café da manhã. Na noite me avisaram que cobrariam no cartão um café da manhã, achei estranho, entrei em contato com a Booking e vi que não tinha reservado com café da manhã. Ok, no segundo dia me cobraram dois cafés da manhã como sendo individual, o valor do café da manhã foi o equivalente a 70% da diária. Depois ainda fiquei sendo cobrado por um dos funcionários de uma forma muito estranha. Como nunca havia sido cobrado, a percepção minha era que estavam me da companhia do para ver se não sairia do México sem pagar um café da manhã. Apesar das instalações adequadas não volto mais neste hotel. E não indicaria para amigos que me perguntasse. Achei um tratamento muito fora do normal. Só escrevi isso tudo porque me senti muito mal neste hotel apesar de chegar super tarde, dormi e tentar tomar café da manhã.
