Pros:

Included breakfast was fantastic, better than any other hotel i have stayed at, was definitely the hightlight of our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Wasn't really anything I didn't like. Bathroom in the room was a little tight, but not bad. Soap that was provided in the room was not the greatest.

I'd stay again
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were very friendly
Location was excellent for easy access to downtown/Queen's university and on bus line.

Cons:

A bit dated in terms of decor and smelled like an old university hall.

We loved the location and the quiet, large grounds.
Pros:

Very nice breakfast. Taste and variety. Beautiful, inviting, open space.

Cons:

Too much foot traffic sounds in the morning. Bath was not very comfortable.

I would recommend this property to friends and clients.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The lunches served on the two days we had meetings there were excellent. And so were the snacks during our breaks!

Cons:

The rooms were nice and clean but in need of some upgrading.....looking a bit tired.

Pros:

Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Breakfast awesome

Pros:

Perfect for an overnight stay! We would stay here again as it was comfortable and the right price in comparison to other hotels in Kingston.

Cons:

The hallways can be loud with voices heard through out the night until about 1 am.
