Rooms were really good, the whole place is really clean and felt comfortable, gonna say that the breakfast was one of the best, nice place to stay , convenient for the on off trolly to run back and forth to town,

Spacious room, great staff and superb breakfast.
I particularly did not like the breakfast finishing at 9 AM weekdays. I travel a lot and I’ve never experienced such an early shutdown. I checked all other hotels in Kingston and 9:30 AM is the earliest anyone else shuts down and 10 AM is quite normal. It’s nice not to have to rush in the mornings when you’re not going to work!

The property was charming and clean with a lovely courtyard. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of hot and cold options.

Needs a few more touches to the rooms to up their game. Plus the doors “slam” shut all night long with guests co I g back after. I’d ight. Some kind of slow closer would help.
The facilities, staff, breakfast, grounds, and room were all lovely. Everything was clean, and the view of the courtyard was a bonus. Great location away from the main downtown, but walkable to the prison and harbour.

Everything was very clean. The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
The bathroom was very clean, but dated. The faucet leaked whenever we turned it on. The water pressure was very low.
The linen storage room was across the hall from us. Most of the time there was a huge pile of dirty linen in the hall right outside our door, and there was a mattress pooped up there the whole time. Quite unseemly!
