Solid choice, close to Queen’s U
Pros:

Solid 3-star conference hotel in close proximity to Queen’s U. Staff was great, breakfast buffet ample, and bed comfy. Parking is included. You get exactly what you pay for.

Clean and quiet. Front desk staff looks like students and are all very polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast options are decent.

Excellent spot! We will definitely be returning!
Pros:

Easy to find, easy to park, great staff, a beautiful breakfast and dining room, close to downtown, very clean room, comfortable bed, lots of pillows and bedding, a very large room, quiet room, gorgeous neighbourhood. Lots of towels and great liquid soap, shampoo and lotion. They had a makeup mirror, portable fan and an iron.

Cons:

I would recommend providing a bar of facial soap, instead of only liquid.
The coffee maker didn't work 😞 But, I found out later that we could have gotten a carafe of coffee for our room from the kitchen.

We loved the location and the quiet, large grounds.
Pros:

Very nice breakfast. Taste and variety. Beautiful, inviting, open space.

Cons:

Too much foot traffic sounds in the morning. Bath was not very comfortable.
