Ok hotel, ok price, ok location, staff very ice and helpful. Too bad they didn't have the restaurant - bar. ( they are under construction)

EN NUESTRA TERCER NOCHE DE ESTANCIA RECIBÍ UNA LLAMADA A MI HABITACIÓN DE UNAS PERSONAS QUE DIJERON SER DEL CARTEL DE MONTERREY Y ME QUISIERON EXTORSIONAR, LLAMADA QUE FUE TURNADA POR EL RECEPCIONISTA DEL HOTEL A LA 1 DE LA MAÑANA Y NO OBSTANTE QUE LE COLGUÉ A LA PERSONA QUE ME QUISO EXTORSIONAR SIGUIERON LLAMANDO Y EL RECEPCIONISTA ME SEGUÍA PASANDO LA LLAMADA, SE PIDIÓ APOYO A LA POLICÍA Y LA MISMA AUTORIDAD NOS DIO A ENTENDER QUE EL RECEPCIONISTA PODÍA ESTAR INVOLUCRADO, YA QUE CON LO QUE SE DEFENDÍA ES QUE ES COMÚN QUE GUÍAS DE TURISTAS LLAMEN POR LA NOCHE CON CLIENTES HOSPEDADOS, SIN EMBARGO, CUANDO SE LE CUESTIONÓ SOBRE SI ERA COMÚN QUE A LA 1 DE LA MAÑANA LLAMARAN ESE TIPO DE PERSONAS SOLO SE QUEDO CALLADO, UNA PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA EN NUESTRO VIAJE POR ESE HERMOSO ESTADO DE CHIAPAS.

En general bien, obtienes los que pagas por el hotel, pero el restaurante es caro y malo y el servicio inexistente y de mal humor por las meseras y encargadas

No me gustó el servicio del personal, salvo la persona que nos atendió en el restaurante, pir cierto, la comida muy rica. Ebviamos ropa a lavandería y nos hicieron prendas perdedizas, una de las personas de mi habitación tuvo que bajar hasta recepción al percatarse que le faltaba ropa y la chica de recepción lo ignoró, agarró sus cosas y se fue porque ella ya se iba. La persona que recibió el turno le dijo q buscara en la lavandería de los otros huéspedes, sólo recseros una parte. No reclamamos nada, solamente unor servicio. Esto fue terrible y no nos pudieron ayudar porque nos ibamos muy temprano al día siguiente. Que mal servicio. No me vuelvo a hospedar. Hay situaciones que se resulven más con actitud que con solucionar el.problema.
