Hotel La Quinta Santa Elena

Bueno el hotel muy fácil para llegar, la atención al llegar muy bien y la alberca adecuada para nadar los niños se divierten en ella en mi opinión si regresaría

Would NOT recommend at all. The room I was staying in had some kind of wasp infestation in the shower - when I told the front desk they did not seem surprised at all and just offered some bug spray, but then of course there were dead wasps throughout the entire bathroom...
After I checked I noticed the floor was not very clean either, I saw the maid in the hallway and asked her to mop again, but even after she "mopped" again it was not any cleaner. There are surely much better places to stay in Palenque, if it were not the only hotel online with available rooms I would have left and found somewhere else to stay.

Quite a nice hotel. The main letdown was the wi fi internet access, very slow and often dropping out. This could be because my room was located at the back of the hotel complex. Nevertheless this was a dampener on my otherwise good experience at the hotel. The remote for the air conditioner unit was missing, could not switch it on any other way, however, the overhead fans above each bed did make up for the lack of cool air.

The hotel is close to ADO bus terminal and lots of eating area around the corner. R1 bus to Cancun beach is 3 min walk away. We drove and arrived at 2 pm and the staff prompt open the gate and arranged quick check in. The lady at the reception is nice and helpful.

Nuestra estancia fue corta sólo para dormir, que bueno . Tengan alberca, el precio sólo incluía ventilador pero afortunadamente tenía la opción de aire acondicionado, con un costo adicional, nos tocó una habitación a un costado de la recepción y eso no nos permitió descansar al 100%, me gusto que tuvieran en la mesa opciones y mapas para andar por el pueblo y por el estado

Pésimo, no volvería ni gratis, las recepcionistas con una actitud nefasta, una habitación muy pequeña, sin aire y abría la ventana para que entrara un poco de aire, y solo tenía unos autobuses prendidos todo el tiempo, y solo entraba ruido y diessel, lo más horroroso que he visto en mi vida

Room was clean; however, it was extremely hot and stuffy since there was only a fan and no air conditioner. This is a great place in terms of location: about a 10 min. walk from the bus station and 10 mins. from town and restaurants in town.

Bien en general

No recomiendo este hotel. Me informaron que la habitación solo tenia ventilador. En cuanto entramos vimos que si había, pero no se podía encender sin control.Hacia un calor insoportable y al volver a preguntar en recepción porque no podíamos encenderlo nos dijeron que todas las habitaciones contaban con a/c pero que había que pagar el doble de lo que habíamos pagado para que nos dieran el control.

コストパフォーマンスはとても良かったです。しかしスタッフの対応に全く愛想がありませんでした。また既にエクスペディア経由で支払済みの宿泊代や差額のエアコン代の請求が頻繁にありました。支払う必要の無いお金でしたので、当然支払っていませんが、スペイン語がある程度堪能でないと相手の主張に負けてしまうと感じました。結局ホテル側のミスでしたが、最後まで何の謝罪も無く、とても後味が悪かったです。
