晚上八點多入住，入住櫃檯無人，民宿餐廳服務生焦慮喝斥我不要打擾他們送餐，要等整個廚房忙完，才能讓我辦理入住。第一次碰到這麼奇怪的流程，耽擱了許久，老父親尷尬站在櫃檯，行李大小包，終於有負責人辦理入住，也跟她反映這個問題，兩名服務生最終有道歉，隔天一切正常化。員工教育跟流程都要加強。洗澡水溫不好控制，室內隔音較差，但有附耳塞。房間有歐洲感，但蠻小間。負責人有盡力解決服務生的問題，但這個過程蠻難忘，希望我們全家是唯一體驗到這個特殊羞辱的人。謝謝隔天一切正常的對待。房間潮濕，冷氣開除濕好點。

我們五人住六人房非常舒適，閣樓挑高，有兩單床還有小桌子椅子，很棒。早餐非常豐盛好吃，還有免費晚茶，20年來一直是我們家庭度假首選。

極致享受的類歐洲住宿體驗！
Pros:

唯一一家住宿除了早餐之外，還包含晚點，本來想說帶家人出遊晚餐可能要在附近的小七解決，但沒想到他們提供的晚點非常豐盛，絕對可以滿足大家的食慾而且還有提供免費的泡麵，旅館整體氛圍有點像在歐洲城堡的感覺非常休閒，還有好幾隻可愛的貓貓陪伴喔！

Cons:

什麼都很好，唯一的缺點就是早餐我們的座位靠近戶外資收間導致餐廳裡面有很多蒼蠅在飛，影響食慾及觀感，但還好數量不多，希望業主能重視環境的整潔，其他真的沒有什麼好挑剔的！
