Schönes Ski-Wochenende und dafür ist das Hotel wirklich gut.
Pros:

Preis-Leistung war wirklich gut, Zimmer sehr geräumig und alles in allem ein schönes Hotel in super zentraler Lage zum Lift Besser geht nicht. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wellness - Bereich wirklich grosse Auswahl an diversen Saunen, diversen Pools, Schwimmbad, etc etc. und im römischen Stil gestaltet.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich verbesserungswürdig. Sehr sehr lieblos gestaltet und man kommt sich schon bisschen wie in einer Massenabfertigungshalle vor. Die Einrichtungen in Lobby und Bar inkl. Frühstücksraum kann man wirklich etwas moderner und zum Wohlfühlen gestalten. Da braucht es keine grosse Investition. Auswahl beim Frühstück ausreichend, aber wie erwähnt, das geht besser und netter gestaltet. Die Liegenbereiche und Ruhezonen im Spa könnten auch etwas schöner und moderner gestaltet sein. Hat alles sehr grossen Schwimmbad-Charakter. Die Liegen unten sehr unbequem.

Ein Hotel, das seine beste Zeit hinter sich hat – alles auf Masse ausgelegt.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer 1407 war sehr schön und groß.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr groß und es wurden augenscheinlich immer wieder angebaut, so dass man sich leicht verirren kann.
Es gibt min. 3 Speisesäle. Wir waren in der Zwischensaison dort und in jeden Saal saßen vielleicht 20 Leute. Das Personal waren ausschließlich osteuropäische Mitarbeiter mit sehr schwachen Sprachkenntnissen.
Die Qualität der Speisen war sehr durchschnittlich. Frühstück hatte Supermarkt Qualität und das Abendessen war auf Volumen ausgelegt.
Abends war in dem Hotel nichts los. Der Barmann daddelte die ganze Zeit auf seinem Handy rum, da nichts zu tun war.
Wir hatten für eine Woche gebucht und mussten wegen einen Unfall vorab abreisen. Ich bat die Rezeptionschefin uns eine angemessene Rückvergütung für die nicht beanspruchten Speisen zu gewähren. Sie erwiderte unwirsch, dass dies nicht möglich sei, da ich bei Booking gebucht habe. Ich akzeptierte dies nicht und bat um mehr Einsicht, da sie ja nun effektiv eine Einsparung habe. Sie entgegnete barsch, dass sie nichts machen werde und ich ja eine Versicherung habe sollte. Eine gute Heimreise wurde nicht gewünscht. Die Rezeptionschefin ist ein Totalausfall. Meine Versicherung ist sicherlich nicht dafür da, die Gewinne des Hotels zu maximieren.

Wir waren alles in allem sehr mega zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder

Lage zum Lift/ Apres Ski/ Gastro war mega
Personal war sehr freundlich
Großer Spa Bereich (nur bis 20:30 geöffnet, nicht wie angegeben 21:00)
Top Restaurants direkt im Hotel

Cons:

Billiard/Squash Bereich war etwas lieblos und in die Jahre gekommen

Location next to the Skilift, good spa facilities, great staff (except reception who were not always super friendly or efficient)

Cons:

Hotel was way too warm, needed to sleep with window wide open to keep room at acceptable temperature and thus suffered the noise late evenings from party goers, bad pillow and breakfast starts late (7h30 when the pistes open at 7h30 and 8)

Dejligt hotel, venligt personale, gode senge, centralt beliggende og super til prisen.
