Nice hotel but questionable food and service (at times).
Pros:

The spa was nice but the gym a bit small. The rooms were good size and nice with balcony. The bar nice and cozy.

Cons:

The food included in half board (especially dinner) was not very good and I am very happy we only had dinner a few days. Plus the dinner without drinks cost 71 EUR per person which was way too high. I also felt many on the staff was more bothered that we were there than not. Some of the breakfast staff och bar staff were however very nice.

Brilliant, comfortable and friendly hotel near ski lifts in a great skiing area. A super holiday!!!
Pros:

Hotel Gotthard is fabulous. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection. There were several restaurants to chose from in the hotel and other nice restaurants a stone throw away. The hotel had great facilities including a pool table and a beautiful swimming pool and sauna. A special shoutout goes to the wonderful bar staff who were great company after a hard days skiing!

Pros:

hotel has a good location ( it is a center of Lech); grocery shop is located across the road; it takes 5 min to get to lifts in 2 directions)
staff are friendly;
breakfast is excellent; much food and pastries; also tip can order something extra (fried eggs/pancakes/ vowels and etc);
there are a huge parking area with a convenient entrance

Cons:

only one charting station, which was busy 24/7;
price on charging station is high and it is given while you are staying at the hotel that is not convenient if you need to charge an auto once/twice

Delightful and welcoming hotel
Pros:

Lovely staff and atmosphere. The hotel owner popped up everywhere as he is very hands on. Very nice breakfast area. Very spacious hotel with their own brewery and bakery. The indoor pool area is amazing too.

Cons:

The wifi strength is quite weak in some areas. It would have been nice to have drink making facilities in the room, luckily we were driving so took our own coffee machine. There was only one English Channel on the TV and the smart TV wasn’t connected to the internet.
