Great location, the excellent staff and beautiful (and delicious restaurant). The breakfast was awesome and so good each morning, the service is fantastic.
We were “upgraded” to a suite on an upper floor without elevator access. It was 50 steps up and down, which was a lot more than expected, especially for my 67 yo sister with bad knees. The room was beautiful but the designer put form in front of function. Very few outlets/plugs, the bath was in the window area, the shower and a sink behind the bed and a separate toilet closet made getting showered and ready difficult. The walls were worn and could use a new paint job.
Très bien situé
Décoration qui sort des standing habituels et personnel très aimable
Wonderful location and great staff. We came here to visit family so decided to stay in the old town. The hotel is pefectly located to restaurants and all the sights.

Lovely hotel in a great location in Valletta. Food was excellent and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
Good location, very clean, beautiful room,
The staff was very accommodating. My welcome was very pleasant and they prepared my room early so I could check-in ahead of time. The food at the restaurant on the property was very creative and delicious. Even the breakfast was well done.
A great breakfast, an unusual three-level room, and a great terrace with a hot tub. The kind, helpful and helpful staff deserves praise. I recommend not to miss the Michelin restaurant, it's worth it.
I have nothing to complain about, maybe the equipment will soon need to be revived to maintain the standard, but for now everything is OK.
A fantastic location, very close to plenty of great bars, restaurants and all the Valetta attractions. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, breakfast was very good, with a small buffet and a good choice of a la carte options cooked to order. The rooms are large & the bed very comfortable.
There was nothing not to like, just a slightly strange bedroom lay out, with the sink hidden behind a cupboard door at the end of the bed. More quirky than a dislike. Just worth noting depending on who you ae travelling with.
My experience of this hotel is unusual to say the least. Reflecting upon my stay I'm full of mixed feelings. I'll try to share them as best as I can.
First off the staff are quite professional and attentive. They assisted with certain requests we had yet forgot to book a restaurant or fix an issue in our room. The breakfast food was great quality yet minimal and every day the same. The suite was very spacious and pretty but also slightly damp and cool. The bed was very comfortable and the night was so quiet you felt like you were in space when you slept yet during the day every sound was heard being made. On one hand we enjoyed our stay yet would not stay there again. I am as perplexed as you reading this as I write it. Ive never had a stranger impression of a hotel.
Its not a matter of dislike.
Divine breakfast.
Breakfast was fine for a short stay.
The bathroom has a slate tile step up to the shower and loo. I caught a big toe on the edge of the step entering the shower. This section is very sharp and sliced the end of my toe. Very painful and a lot of blood. Just one of those things, but they do need to fit a rubber strip over the edge to avoid reoccurrences.
