Všetko - krásna izba, čistučko, ticho skvelý a ústretový personál, všade ochota a zhovievavosť.
Vynikajúce raňajky a výborná poloha hotela.

Pros:

Vyborna a bohata snidane. Personal splnil male prekvapeni pro meho manzela, coz bylo nechat na pokoji vybrana piva s osobnim vzkazem. Manzela to potesilo a ja chci timto znovu podekovat ochotnemu personalu za mile gesto! :)

Will strongly consider this hotel in case of another visit in Ostrava
Pros:

Everything in accordance with my expectations. Good location, comfortable room, free parking in the front of the hotel (at least during the weekend). Helpful and nice staff.

Cons:

I needed to wait some time (longer than usually) for hot water in a shower. While entering the room I could feel slightly stale air (maybe no-one used this room some days before?).
