Excellent location next to Malecón Américas, with walking distance to shopping mall, supermarkets, and restaurants.

Safe and well-maintained area, suitable for solo travelers and families or business travelers.

Very good internet connection in the room I stayed in (hybrid setup: fiber + coax).

Spacious apartment-style rooms with kitchen facilities, well suited for longer stays. Friendly and professional reception once they get to know you.

More of an apartment hotel than a traditional hotel; limited hotel-style facilities, but high level of independence.

No beach within walking distance; this is a city property, not a resort. Several pool, but I didn't use it. The view from the appartment was stunning.

Staff was generally friendly helpful and supportive. however the cleaning crew would agree to an alt cleaning schedule and not show up. Room upon arrival looked like it had been cleaned but hadn’t been used in a while and no new cleaning prior to arrival but everything was in moderate condition. Biggest downside was the beds were hard as ROCKs and the pillows were flat and not very supportive.

The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable, and in a great location. The only small downside is that the TVs are a bit old, but everything else was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property is nice in downtown cancun. Note it is connected to a mall and there are stores/bars/restaurants close by because this is not an all inclusive stay. there’s no bar nor restaurant within the hotel. Staff is nice and helpful. I would stay here again. Room is nice and spacious (I stayed in a king size balcony by myself).

He ido en otras ocasiones y la limpieza ha estado increíble, sin embargo esta vez no fue así . Me encontré con una baño sucio, toallas con olor a humedad, el grifo del lavamanos sucio. Por lo demás todo bien pero sería bueno que trabajaran en esos aspecto.

Good location

“It was very difficult to sleep at night, as the music from the nearby clubs and bars could be heard at a very high volume in the room. The windows did not provide sufficient insulation. The staff, however, was excellent — attentive, friendly, and very helpful.

Amazing experienced staying at Malecon hotel Vancouver tower. Friendly staff, accessible to everything i need. Especially love the pool area. So relaxing! Highly recommended. 👌 We’ll comeback again there!

Property was ok.

Front desk person, Dinera, was not courteous or pleasant to talk to. She checked me in the hotel on my arrival; day.

Spacious and generally fine, though the rooms need a bit of maintenance (one room’s a/c didn’t work, a few lights were out). Staff is professional and helpful. Convenient location for a night on our way to the airport. Pool was a bit grimy.

The security guard on the Vancouver tower elevator ,does not have a computer to check your name is on the reservation, instead he will take a picture of your Passport with his personal phone, something that feels very odd and uncomfortable. I encourage management to take action regarding this issue , because this will keep tourists from coming back to your hotel.

Its location next to a shopping mall is especially convenient, with a supermarket within walking distance where guests can even bring carts directly to their door, as well as a variety of nearby restaurants for dining options. The hotel also includes complimentary parking with security checks at every entry, creating a safe and secure environment. The staff is consistently professional, courteous, and responsive, and I was pleasantly surprised to find full-size shampoo and body wash provided in the room. However, several areas need improvement. The in-room kitchen amenities were incomplete, with chipped dishware and cookware, and one pan was rusted before being quickly replaced upon request. The oven and stove require manual ignition with matches, which is both outdated and potentially unsafe. Towel sets were also inconsistent throughout my stay, as bath mats, hand towels, and washcloths were frequently missing due to a supply shortage. Overall, this property works well for those who value location, convenience, and attentive staff, but updates to the quality and consistency of amenities would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Beds a little rough. Kitchen is nice. Washer but no dryer. Nice view and amenities. Great location. Very loud.

so many food spots that are walking distance. great greeters when entering the building always felt super safe and the plaza that connects is so amazing! only bad thing that happened was that we were left with no water but it was only for a couple of hours. room was very clean and looked like the pictures. from the 13th floor i could not hear any of the music or noise from the bars and restaurants across the street. great place for what you pay for.
