飯店所有的服務人員都很客氣，在辦理入住時因為有一些問題我有點激動所以聲音不自覺就大聲而口氣就不太好，但接待我的櫃枱男服務員還是很有耐心的解釋，到了房間情緒平復下來回想對那位櫃枱人員實在很抱歉，房間跟浴室都很乾淨，晚上7~9點1樓餐廳有消夜吃還有啤酒喝，菜色簡單但是可以吃飽的，早餐也很豐富。

Cons:

在預訂時有看到會扣押房錢這是OK的也正常，我在櫃枱會激動是因我被扣押的是現金卡裡面的現金，入住時不能直接用被扣押的這筆現金支付卻要另外再拿現金或者刷卡支付，如果用信用卡扣押的話只是額度減少不能用，但現金卡被扣的卻是“現金”，而這筆被扣押的現金還要飯店跟銀行提退款等待3~45天才能退回到我的銀行戶頭，所以真的建議不要用扣押的方式而是直接扣款支付或者能直接使用被扣押現金卡裡的現金支付，這樣對使用現金卡的客戶來說不會感到困擾，對飯店來說也不用提前傳真到銀行特別處理只為這一件。
