Voor de locatie en parkeren top hotel. Goede bedden, fijn personeel. Enkel de overboeking niet correct

Dat ik niet de kamer heb gekregen voor de wijzigingen van datum. En daarbij veel meer voor betaald heb, heb bewijs van overboeking!!
Ook al was die kamer nog vrij voor ik dit melde. Kon niemand van boeking zelf telefonisch bereiken enkel hotel. Niet klant gericht.

Helemaal goed hoor, alleen wat duur

Locatie natuurlijk, personeel was vriendelijk, liepen een paar enthousiastelingen rond.

Cons:

Toe aan een vernieuwing/opknapbeurt.
Het gaat wel hoor, was schoon en okay maar voor de prijs die je ervoor betaald hoop je op wat frisser en nieuwer

... Fitnessraum zwar "vorhanden", aber sehr schlecht ausgestatttet
- einmal zu Abend gegessen, eher System-Gastronomie, Restaurant next-Fletscher etwas besser und günstiger
- die Silikon-Abdichtung im bad hat schon einmal bessere Zeiten erlebt
- Fenster undicht, spannende Pfeif-Geräusche bei Wind

Geen goed of slim management.
Iedereen wachten in de lobby om na het inchecken naar de kamer te mogen, allemaal tegelijk dus...met 1 lift!!! Die dan op dat tijdstip door verschillende kamermeisjes wordt gebruikt om hun karren in te zetten...was echt een klucht, maar ik zag er niet echt de humor van in met mijn 84 jarige moeder.
Op de (toch prijzige) kamer was er echt niet goed gepoetst, zie foto's.
Koffie tassen waren nog vuil, terras ook.
Mijn verwachtingen waren niet ingelost...🥲

De ligging van het Hotel.Personeel is erg vriendelijk

Cons:

De kamers zijn verouderd.Badkamer veel kalk overal en de douche kop was lam.Die viel er telkens af tijdens het douchen.Dit wel gemeld maar is niet gerepareerd.
