Ośrodek piękny i polecam przyjazd w to miejsce. Locanda 13 do remontu lub wyłączenia z użytku.
Pros:

Przyznam, że nie wiem jak mam uczciwie ocenić nasz pobyt w tym miejscu. Sam ośrodek bardzo ładny, widać wielką troskę pracujących tam osób o zwierzęta, winnicę i o całe otoczenie. Piękne widoki, dobre śniadanie. Niestety ze względu na pokój, który otrzymaliśmy ( Locanda 13 - wyjechaliśmy z tego pięknego miejsca bardzo rozczarowani) Szkoda ponieważ wszystko tam na miejscu jest bardzo przyjemne i robi wrażenie. Wystawiłem ocenę 7, ponieważ nie chciałem zaszkodzić pracującym tam osobą oraz wiem, że wszystkie pozostałe domki są znacznie lepsze niż 13 i jestem przekonany, że otrzymując inny pokój wyjechalibyśmy zachwyceni.

Cons:

Domek/pokój, który otrzymaliśmy Locanda 13 znajdował się na samym końcu ośrodka. Dwie z czterech ścian znajdują się poniżej poziomu terenu. W domku na suficie oraz na ścianach jest grzyb i pleśń, która niestety jest wyraźnie wyczuwalna w powietrzu i którą musieliśmy wdychać mimo intensywnego wietrzenia. Na lampie w pokoju bez okien plamy od pleśni. Jeden z pośród dwóch pokoi nie ma okien. Pierwsza izba miała okna tylko w drzwiach wejściowych, druga izba nie posiada okien oraz jest małe okno w łazience. Podróżując z małym dzieckiem i astmatykiem trudno było być zadowolonym. Dodatkowo domek jest zlokalizowany na samym końcu ośrodka bez jakiegokolwiek oświetlenia zewnętrznego. Nie czuliśmy się tam ani komfortowo ani tym bardziej bezpiecznie. Przyznam, że pół nocy nie spałem i czekałem na świt. W razie jakiejkolwiek nieprzewidzianej sytuacji nie miałbym nawet kogo poprosić o pomoc. Po przejściu całego osiedla zauważyłem, że jest to jedyny taki domek, który jest zlokalizowany częściowo poniżej poziomu terenu dlatego zakładam, że w pozostałych domkach nie ma problemu z pleśnią

Pros:

Estadia perfeita para quem busca ficar em Olbia mas seguir em contato com a natureza. Muito bem localizada para quem precisa ir ao aeroporto, apenas 15 minutos de carro. Amamos a experiência de ter os animais e plantações no local. Havia também experiência de experimentação de vinhos que parecia muito boa. Café da manhã também delicioso e ambientes super acolhedores, ótimas instalações!!

Z manjšimi dopolnitvami storitev v namestitvi bi bila lahko izkušnja za popotnike mnogo boljša.
Pros:

Lokacija je dokaj blizu Olbije in vhoda na Costa Smeraldo ter je dokaj v naravi. Prijazno osebje na zajtrku. Lastno parkirišče. Velika obedovalnica na zagrajenem delu terase. Številne domače živali povsod naokrog, kar zna biti zanimivo za otroke. Morda bolj primerno za prehodno namestitev, kot za večdnevno.

Cons:

Nobeden od osebja ni povprašal kako se imamo v nastanitvi, niti ni povprašal po osebnih izkaznicah. Prav tako se gospa odgovorna za rezervacije ni odzvala na sporočila na komunikacijski platformi. Zajtrk je zelo preprost in vsak dan enak. V sobi so bile številne mravlje, ki so se pojavile na tleh in v umivalniku po vsakodnevnem pospravljanuju sobe. Okrog namestitve so številne domače živali, kar morate vzeti v zakup pri rezervaciji (nočni lajež, vonj, insekti ipd.). V bližini namestitve je tudi glavna cesta, ki je dokaj prometna in se zna slišati precej hrupa. WI-FI ja ni, prav tako traja zelo dolgo, da iz pip priteče topla voda.

Tolle Unterkunft für Reisenende.
Pros:

Da wir am kommenden Tag weiterreisten war die Lage perfekt etwas ausserhalb Olbia. Die Schnellstrasse in der Nähe hat man nur beim Frühstück draussen auf der Terasse gehört. Das Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig und sehr gut.

Die Lage in der Nähe von olbia ist super. Richtig schöne Lage in den Weinbergen.

Very basic. Great place for kids to get close to the old rural life.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK. Fruit juice, freshly cooked eggs, croissant and danish pastry. Nice coffee. As other reviews said, the location is an old farmhouse in a vineyard used for wine tastings next to a very busy road and roundabout. The guest accommodation is pods built in the old farmyard with room and a bathroom surrounded by chickens, geese, goats, donkeys etc. Very clean. Bed a bit hard for us. Nespresso type machine with tiny cups. Nice shower.

Cons:

Our rooms were infected by ants. The fridge didn't work. No kettle, only one chair in the room, the ceiling light was so dim you couldn't see what colour your clothes were. No wifi. We booked it as it says in the facilities that it has a restaurant. it does not. There is a roadside cafe/restaurant 400m walk alongside a very busy road and across a roundabout with no pavements! Very scary, especially after dark. Nobody spoke to us. No written instructions.
