Amazing place for families. Note for travelers: all ladies wear fully covered swimsuits, the dinner is expensive, youre allowed to bring yoir own food if you want. Wonderful place to swim

Horrible place, not worth the price. So run down, stuff are unfriendly, food is horrible. Don’t stay here!

We had a very bad stay at the hotel. We took two rooms and the reception tried to take extra money from us by saying the tax wasn’t included although it was on the application.

One of the two rooms didn’t have the air condition working and we asked the reception multiple times to fix it and they didn’t do anything about it. We told them we wanted to change the room but they said the hotel was fully booked. We had to move two people into the other room that we had so we could sleep.

The receptionist told us that it was our fault we didn’t change the rooms. When we told him we asked your colleague to change he said it was fully booked.

Mohammad sabry is the worst manager iv met in a hotel. He didn’t even give us anything for the first night that we didn't use. We basically paid for a room with no air conditioning when we didn’t even use it.

Worst experience at a super bad hotel. Never again.

Stuff friendly they try to help and do there best but they don’t have much tolls to do it I don’t like to been waiting for 1 hour to got my room stuff is ok but hotel with faslity is been so old no renovations since the 80s it’s only 2 elvitoer so old and slow and you need to wait 5 miunites until arrive even the hotel only 6 floor buffet is so poor variety and poor quality of food I just see it and I don’t try it because the smell and no Aircoundantion in the dinning room entrance

It is the worst hotel ever

After spending a month in bustling Cairo I was looking for a place where I could get a little r&r. I stayed at Aida beach during the off season so some services weren't available but I still had great room service and housekeeping. Everything was good and clean and despite some issues with the language barrier the staff helped me out however possible. Best of all the place was all but abandoned so I got the beach all to myself.

worst food, worst hotel condition worst experience in a nutshell.

We stayed about 2 hours to get our rooms. At the beginning, they couldn't find our reservation, and they gave us other options until they provided us with our rooms. But after that, everything went fine.

We took a Beach view room, the view was nice but the facilities in the room were average, and the furniture was rather old. Friendly and helpful staff but you have to ask for everything ,towels or extra blankets. Average breakfast buffet, but the lunch and dinner buffet were expensive in comparison to the low variety and Quality of food.
Sadly, during our five days stay the social standard of the guests was significantly below average .............
hotel location is near to a famous supermarket and mall -- and play area for kids and games .
we enjoyed the lovely blue sea with soft white sand .
