Fijn hotel met vriendelijke staf, prima voorzieningen en op korte loopafstand van de skilift. Hoge kwaliteit van de kamers en maaltijden. We komen terug!

Was ein tolles Hotel!
Man fühlt sich wirklich wie ein VIP, so lange man im Traumhotel ist. Wirklich jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter ist super nett und versucht jeden einzelnen Wunsch von den Lippen abzulesen.
Dazu kommt das grandiose Essen und die super gemütlichen Zimmer. Im Freundes- und Familienkreis habe ich das Hotel bereits weiterempfohlen und ich werde auch wieder hin fahren!

Echt alles is perfect hier. Al veel gereisd maar dit hotel behoord echt tot mijn favorieten! De locatie tov de piste is super, personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en het eten is werkelijk fantastisch!

Fantastisk hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed. Hotellet ligger lige overfor en af kabineliftene i Gerlos.
Maden er i en klasse for sig - super godt !

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, welches alles für einen wunderschönen Urlaub in den Bergen bietet. Insgesamt fehlt noch das i-Tüpfelchen an Service und Aufmerksamkeit um den Preis zu Rechtfertigen

Hotel med gourmet mad og plads til alle
Pros:

Nemt at bo familie med 2 børn i suiten, da der er meget plads og 2 badeværelser. Spa området er stort og super luksus med både sauna, tyrkisk bad og 2 forskellige dampbade, det var godt at gå i spaen efter en lang dag på ski. 100 meter fra hotellet er en kabinelift op midt i skiområdet, så hotellet ligget godt til ski, men der sker ikke særlig meget i byen Gerlos. Hotellet har en virkelig god restaurant og hyggelig bar, hvor børn/unge også er velkomne.

Lovely Tirolean Hoteal
Pros:

From the delicious meals to the excellent customer service, we felt that we were had boarded a luxurious ocean cruise and rather than checked into a hotel in the Alps. One can walk to hiking trails and jump on the cable cars directly from the hotel. Gerlos is a tiny tourist village filled with only hotels and restaurants, but there is a decent supermarket for grabbing drinks and snacks. Overall, a wonderful hotel with a very helpful staff (many thanks to Katrina for her suggestions and welcoming personality!).

tutto bene ma due episodi non mi hanno soddisfatta.
Mi accorgo solo ora che non ci è stata assegnata la camera che avevamo prenotato, la deluxe double room . La nostra non era male ma non all'altezza di quella prenotata.
In secondo luogo al momento del pagamento abbiamo chiesto di poter usufruire della piscina a pagamento e va bene ma il lunch non era compreso nonostante non avessimo pranzato a quello del Venerdì essendo arrivati dopo la chiusura. Arrivando dall'Italia abbiamo accumulato un ritardo. Al'hotel nn sarebbe costato nulla mnetre a noi hanno chiesto € 90 con piscina e lunch. Al che abbiamo rinunciato strappando € 15 per persona per la sola piscina e nemmeno l'uso della spa che apre alle 15.00. Alle tre abbiamo lasciato l'hotel.
Ritengo che si potesse accontentare il cliente considerato che l'hotel era anche quasi vuoto e i l cibo preparato e considerato anche che abbiamo comprato caffè, acqua e bevande al tavolo durante tutto il soggiorno.
Non so se ritorneremo.

Excellente cuisine, super Spa, et proximité nature
Pros:

Hôtel en pension complète, situé au pied des pistes de rando, et au départ de pistes pour courir ou pour trek. Cuisine saine et très bonne, accueil chaleureux et service irréprochable. Le Spa est exceptionnel!
et le Yoga est de très grande qualité, avec une prof exceptionnelle.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel familial.
Excellent accueil, chambre à la propreté irréprochable, superbes équipements (piscine intérieure, jacuzzi, sauna, hamam) et restauration vraiment au top.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel und gute Lage.
Pros:

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Hotel Alpina sehr genossen. Die Gastfreundschaft des Personals war hervorragend. Unser Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich des Hotels haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war ebenfalls auf hohem Niveau.
