Pros:

櫃檯客服人員態度親切，宵夜有泡麵提供

Cons:

旅店在大馬路上，辦理入住時車子只能暫停在紅線上，櫃檯又在B1，深怕車子被開罰單。
以平日入住的費用單價太高，下次會選擇其他旅店

服務人員態度非常好（希望能一直維持下去），晚上10點～11點有滿滿的泡麵選擇使用！
Pros:

這次入住，櫃檯人員的服務態度讓我非常滿意，之前曾經入住過，相較於這次這是差異甚大，入住後發現房間實在太小，對於我的需求空間有限，抱著試試的心態；於是請求櫃檯給予換房（當時還是國慶連假）；櫃檯帥哥立馬幫助我解決問題，態度溫和熱情又有禮貌（糟糕忘記他的名字了真是抱歉）為了擔心我站久，讓我現行回房休息等待！直至換房完成都彬彬有禮協助換房完成；服務人員的滿意比任何軟硬設施都讓人值得讚許

Pros:

房間很乾淨，寢具跟冷氣睡得也很舒服，隔音也不錯。
雖然離文心崇德站還要走大概8分鐘，但那一帶的交通都很方便，人行道寬闊也不難走，還是不錯的地點。

Cons:

沒有特別不滿意的，但浴室檯面較大，離鏡子較遠，如果房間可以多一個化妝小鏡子更好。
另外也希望大廳可以附一些自取的茶包。

Great stay!
Pros:

Really enjoyed the spacious room. The staff members were also very helpful. The lady who cleaned our room did a fantastic job every day.

Cons:

Didn’t have a restaurant in the hotel.

Really convenient, clean hotel with super friendly and accommodating staff.
Pros:

I liked that there was fee flow 24/7 of coffee and drinks from Nescafe machine that ground fresh coffee beans.
They had free snacks till 9pm and a free Noodle bar between 10-11 pm.
The lobby on in Basement 1 had room for our group to meet together and enjoy the refreshments.
There was an easy to access water filter/ Dispenser on every floor.
The bed room & bathroom was the best management of space in a hotel of this size.
The room had study table that was in front of the window for adequate light.
Very conveniently located with MRT close by and a McDonalds right next door for a quick bite if needed.

Cons:

It would've been great if there was a gym to exercise.
