Great locations for excellent service and a nice breakfast included. The bed was v comfortable and the rooms super clean. Special shout out to Alexander at reception who gave some great restaurant recommendations for around Belgrade. Would recommend for a two night stay as we had.
There is some noise from the street below (loud cars) - not sure if it has double or triple glazing. The room had a party door to the next room and there was a bit of noise from neighbours.

Hotel's location is perfect. Close to the shopping area, to the National Museum, and a number of public transport stops.
The room was big, with the balcony and with the great view. The staff was very helpful. I needed an iron and the ironing board. I got them like ten minutes after I asked.
Breakfast was quite modest. And water pressure in the rainfall shower head was low for me to wash my hair.
But otherwise, everything was great

The door to the next room from ours was a disadvantage-our neighbour had a loud alarm clock. Coffee for breakfast is paid unless it’s Nescafé
And some little detail- like “do not disturb “ sign and paper cardholder for a room key are shabby.

Got charged 70€ for a broken plate. Feels predatory. I understand it might be a collection piece or something, still expected some flexibility.
