冷氣故障，一直在滴水，就像在下雨一樣，處理方式只是用一堆布墊著，這樣的處理方式並不恰當，也沒有實質性的補救，只是一直在說"抱歉"，讓我沒有想再去住宿的心情了

整體來說評價很好，景色也很好，而我是住頂樓有泡湯池的房型，放水水流不大，等泡湯池滿要60分鐘以上，比較費時。

乾淨又舒適的飯店
Pros:

飯店人員非常親切熱心，房間很大很乾淨，木地板一點都沒有沙沙的感覺，非常舒服很棒。
早餐很好吃，而且還可以續餐，份量十足又好吃。公共空間很舒適非常適合女孩兒拍照，窩在椅子上聊天超放鬆。
嚴格挑剔就是熱水要稍微等一下，記得等到熱水再脫衣服，不然萬一熱水沒立刻來很冷。其餘都非常棒的住房經驗，下次一定要再來住！

Wir haben das DUFA ausgewählt, weil wir nicht direkt an der Kenting Road wohnen wollten. Es liegt etwa 2 Km davon entfernt. Es hat einen Traumhaft schönen Ausblick auf den Nationalpark und das Meer. Zur nächsten Einkaufsgelegenheit 7eleven läuft man ca. 5 min. Das Personal ist klasse und immer hilfsbereit. Man kann sich sehr gut auf englisch verständigen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und groß. Leider gibt es, wie sehr oft in Taiwan, keine Kleiderschränke. Nur ein Schreibtisch und Nachtkonsolen mit Schubladen. Also Leben aus dem Koffer. Sonst hat uns nichts gefehlt und wir hatten unvergessliche Tage in Kenting.

唯一缺點應該是從房間看出的海景距離較遠

Lovely hotel with sea views.
Pros:

I spent four nights in Kenting and two nights in this hotel. I'd booked one night quite far in advance so I paid a reasonable price for a room with a sea view . The room had the usual amenities and a bathtub. The bed was quite comfy and I had no issues working the air con. There is a small beach nearby and the hotel is a few minutes walk off the main road, which meant the room was incredibly quiet. There was a 7-11 nearby as well as some local restaurants. The staff was welcoming and kind. I booked another night, but I had to change rooms. The hotel is a few minutes via car from Kenting's main road, so the staff dropped me off at one of the stops for the Kenting Express bus, which was a very nice gesture, even though there was a bus stop about a four-minute walk from the property. I would stay again and recommend this hotel. It's not as convenient as staying in the main area, but I wanted a quiet hotel with sea views and I believe the location really gave me what I was looking for.
