Pros:

Charmigt, personligt, hemtrevligt, vacker bar, utsikten!
Pros:

Mycket bra! Plus för en stor cheddarost! Och det goda brödet. Hemgjord müsli. Och den mysiga matsalen som ingav ro, ingen stress.

Cons:

Sängen var lite hård, fick ont i ryggen första
natten.

Pros:

A great place to stay when visiting Uppsala, Sweden, is the Grand Hotel Hörnan located just a 5 minute walk from the Uppsala train and bus station. The hotel is located on the banks of the Fyrisån (Fyris) River with views of the nearby Uppsala Cathedral, Castle and old town. The hotel offers beautifully refurbished and spacious rooms, a good breakfast buffet with fresh breads and hot and cold items, and a terrific bar with a good selection of wine, beer, and cocktails. If budgets permit, select the mini-suites located in the rounded corner rooms of the hotel — they are particularly comfortable with plenty of windows and a French doors onto a small balcony all looking onto Fyrisån River. Be sure to check out the Viking-era runestones along the side of the Uppsala Cathedral.

Karakteristiek hotel op een goede locatie
Pros:

Het hotel is gevestigd in een mooi, karakteristiek pand op een zeer goede locatie direct aan de rivier. De ligging is ideaal voor een bezoek aan de stad.
Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd en bood veel keuze. De kamer zelf was netjes, maar de badkamer oogde wat verouderd.

Cons:

Houd er rekening mee dat de eigen parkeergelegenheid beperkt is. De inrit is vrij smal en er worden kosten voor het parkeren in rekening gebracht."

Pros:

Väldigt bra frukost, centralt läge och fin byggnad.

Cons:

Litet minus för sänglamporna som var stora och svåra att vinkla. De var inte heller dimbara. Bor man två och en vill läsa så stör man den andre. Fick använda mobilens ficklampa.
