es waren sehr schöne Tage in Wien, das Hotel liegt so zentral neben dem HBHf - ideal
Pros:

mit viel Liebe und Geschmack wird das Frühstücksbuffet hergerichtet und gestaltet. Der alt-moderne Stil gefällt mir sehr gut, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit

Die Ausstattung war gut & das Bett bequem.

Cons:

In der Dusche war schwarzer Schimmel zu sehen. Das Personal konnte teilweise kein gutes Deutsch. Auf den Aufzug musste ich regelmäßig längere Zeit warten, teilweise über einige Minuten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für den Preis recht klein und hat wenig Auswahl geboten.

Cons:

Wir hatten Probleme beim Self Check in da wir mehrere Zimmer gebucht haben. Das Personal am ersten Tag war überhaupt nicht hilfreich. Zimmer war erst spät bezugsfertig.

Pros:

員工非常親切，房間也十分乾淨，離火車站很近，但離地鐵稍遠，有免費的寄物櫃可借用，方便check out後先暫放行李。

樓中樓房型較不適合年長者居住
