Pros:

Die Lage

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig, wenig Auswahl und so gut wie keine Abwechslung. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr abgewohnt. Im Bad hat die Hälfte der Duschkabine gefehlt dadurch war das ganze Bad immer nass. Desweiteren war bei der wann überall im Gummi Schimmel und der Föhn war sehr schmutzig und teilweise defekt.

Розкішний готель. Смачний різноманітний сніданок, красива спа-зона, достатній за розмірами басейн, хоча сауна невеличка, ввічливий україномовний персонал, доброзичливі пані на рецепції. Чисто, красиво, атмосферно. Раджу цей готель)

Eine tolle Zeit in Karlsbad...
Pros:

Der Charme des Hotel's hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer hat uns begeistert. Ein kleines Hotel mitten in der City. Alle Ziele konnten fußläufig erreicht werden. Pool und Sauna waren ebenfalls zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Das Frühstück war für das kleine Hotel sehr reichhaltig und täglich abwechselnd bei den warmen Angeboten.

Cons:

An einem Tag war das Frühstücksbuffet um 9.00 Uhr schon ziemlich leer gefegt und wurde nur sehr sparsam nachgefüllt. Brot und Brötchen gar nicht. Einige Gäste haben sich beschwert. Am folgenden Tag war alles wieder zu vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Номер за 150 евро в сутки оказался мансардой с крошечным окошком. Мы же заказывали обычный стандартный номер. И, очень удивило, что, в отеле 4 звезды, за завтраком, гости сами убирают за собой посуду.

Abgewohnt, es Bedarf einer Renovierung und im Wellness war eine Düse defekt. Desweiteren würde von den Gästen verlangt, ihr Geschirr vom Frühstück selbst aufzuräumen.
