Everything was good just bit of a drainage smell in morning but other than that great room hotel and area thankyou
Comfortable bed and easily accessible, staff provided useful emails relating to check in. Clean room.
The toilet in our room had chunks missing out of the toilet seat, it needed to be replaced
as good as you will ever get for the cost
Excellent location, so close to everything and just across the road from the sea. Clean and tidy. Nice kitchen and games room . Bed was comfy. Small on site car park was useful, especially as the area is permit holders only , or you need to pay for parking.
Just a personal thing, prefer a receptionist and someone to talk with if any issues.

I booked this place for 2 reasons:
1 check out was at 1e which would allow me to get showered after my planned morning activity - we arrived to be told chexk out was at 11 and we could pay extra for a 11.30 check put, whoch is still earlier thsn tje advertised.
2. Parking . The adveet said we wohld ger a parking space, howevee they have a very small car park which os a forst xome forst get basis so if you arrove late it is unlikelu you will gwt parkwd.

As. Before...but....disappointing- see below!
Terrible wi-fi ground floor; Terrible AI lady- needs sacking; next human helper not much better- ill-informed; sometimes on shifts- VERY bad 1 hour racket next to Room 3- cleaners?- sounds worse than when someone wrecked the joint!!!
