Gérant détestable et malhonnête
Pros:

La dame à la réception était très gentille et très compréhensive suite au problème que nous avons avec le gérant, ce qui constitue un des seuls points positifs. L'autre point qui était positif était la localisation de ce logement ainsi que son prix.

Cons:

Le gérant est exécrable. Nous avons pris une chambre familiale 4 lits, avec cuisine privative. Or, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avait pas de cuisine privative, ni même de cuisine commune. Lorsque nous lui avons exposé le problème, il a répondu que les travaux avaient juste mis trop de temps, mais que ce n'était pas grave car son logement est "pas cher et bien placé". Ensuite, il a été injurieux envers notre groupe d'amis, n'a pas cherché de solution pour nous arranger et nous a juste dit (en criant) que si on était pas content on devait "dégager". Lorsque nous avons contacté booking.com pour trouver une solution à ce problème, il recevait les mails de booking.com (car c'est la procédure) et était encore plus énervé et n'arrêtait pas de nous appeler nous, ou d'envoyer le personnel de l'accueil pour nous dire de lui répondre au téléphone. Pour lui, il ne fallait pas passer par booking.com (forcément, il ne voulait pas avoir de soucis suite à son annonce mensongère). Il ne cessait de crier en disant que nous n'étions pas honnête (culotté de se part). Son intention était de ne pas répondre aux mails de booking.com avant 48 heures (date limite à laquelle il doit répondre avant d'avoir peut-être des problèmes plus graves ?), ce qui nous aurait laissé sans solution pendant la totalité du séjour. Bref, à fuir !
Mention spécial tout de même à la personne à l'accueil qui a été très compréhensive et calme, malgré les appels de son patron qui était également détestable avec elle au téléphone. Nous n'aurions sûrement pas trouvé une solution si elle n'avait pas été là donc un grand merci à elle.

Tudo foi excelente! Hotel muito bem localizado (a menos de 1 minuto a pé da praça principal), extremamente limpo e com muito bom ar. Nas fotos da Booking parecia um local tosco mas na verdade é muito agradável mesmo. O dono é muito simpático e estava sempre disponível para nos ajudar, as funcionárias da limpeza também! Pelo preço que é considero uma opção ótima para quem queira um bom apartamento numa ótima localização
