On July 26, I contacted the hotel only to inquire whether I could cancel the booking WITHOUT fees. I never received a response, and since I did not confirm a cancellation, I assumed the reservation remained active.

On August 2, I reached out to confirm the check-in time, and the hotel informed me that the reservation had been canceled. I never authorized or confirmed this cancellation, nor did I receive any notification or confirmation from the hotel or Booking.com about this cancellation. In fact, the booking still appeared active the whole time in my Booking.com account!!

The hotel was unhelpful and the guy at the phone was very rude: he hung up on me the first time, and after that, when I tried to call back, they never answered again.
The hotel refused to take responsibility, instructing me to contact Booking.com. I had to urgently rebook another hotel for the same dates.

I am very disappointed with how this was handled. I would not recommend booking your stay here. These people are not professional!!

Η τοποθεσία ήταν μια χαρά γιατί ήταν σε κεντρικό σημειο

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε ντουλάπα.Οι πετσέτες ήταν άθλιες.Ήταν τρύπιες και σκληρές. Δεν μας τις άλλαξαν τις τέσσερις ημέρες που μείναμε και τα σκουπίδια δεν περνούσαν να τα πάρουν κάθε μέρα.Τα σκαλιά για να ανέβεις στο κατάλυμα είναι πάρα πολύ επικίνδυνα.

Cons:

Nezvládnutý check-in. Nepřišel nám kód od schránky, tudíž jsme nebyli po příjezdu v půlnoci ubytováni a museli jsme si najít v noci jiný hotel. Naštěstí se pán na recepci omluvil za chybu v komunikaci a vrátil plnou částku i s bonusem navíc.
