Kaz Kreol Beach Lodge & Wellness Retreat

Small need some TLC, breakfast and beach are a plus.

This place should never be advertised as an hotel or a place to lodge. Please take heed to my comment and all the other negative ones, because they are true. The pictures available online are not from this building. When I arrived at the location, I was beyond astonished because the building was dilapidated with mildew running down the walls outside. It is located down an alley way with a lot of men hanging-out (red flag #1). At my arrival, a police car pulled up suddenly and they immediately entered the building (red flag #2). This tells me there was some illegal/criminal activity taking place, or just occurred before i showed up. I was still in disbelief that this was the hotel that I booked online with ocean view, so entered and confirmed with the receptionist if this was indeed the place and she said yes. I immediately asked her how i can get a refund, because there was no way I could stay here with my young child and feel safe. She then tried convincing me to go down the hallway and take a look around. Once i opened the door that would lead me down the hallway, the scent of marijuana slapt me in my face. I immediately turned around and told her, there is no way I am staying here because i was catfished. The manager told me that they would NOT be refunding my money. I immediately left and book another hotel to stay. I immediately filed a dispute with my credit card company and explained what occurred. Thank the Lord i was fully refunded.

My mother and I celebrated our birthdays staying at this hotel it’s amazing and conveniently located rooms are big and free breakfast, all the food and drinks are delicious! Shout out to Sara the owner’s daughter and the owners everyone treats you like family not a guest but family if you allow the staff they will fill you up with Authentic Jamaican love and vibes, soon come ♥️

The hotel is no longer by that name which made it hard to locate. The actual check in is at 4pm but it’s advertised as 3pm. Any guest can only stay on balcony but cannot come in your room. No overnight guests allowed. There is also a no refund policy so although I didn’t like the place I wa s forced to stay there so I don’t lose my money. The bar out back was the best thing this place has going on and the staff is friendly.

The view is very nice, staff very nice, but the room very dirty and old I paid for two nights but only stayed for one night because I couldn’t use the toilet, toilet was very old and dirty lots of hair on the shower walls explained why I was checking out early to the agent at the desk very nice and understanding but said he couldn’t do anything because I paid Expedia, but really couldn’t stayed because I needed to used the toilet and I couldn’t used the one that was in my room, they didn’t even offer to change my room are yo do anything to fix the situation so over paid for a hotel room that don’t even worth fifty dollars a night. I will not book any more hotels on your website.

Property changed name to "Sun & Tan" without notification making it difficult to locate

Please don't let the picture that you see of this hotel fooled you it is nothing like it I did not know that plces like this exist in Jamaica it's dirty in the hallway the room was not too dirty this was the first time for me staying in this kind of hotel I always stay in a fiver star hotel but everywhere was fully booked, but I did not expect that

The property is in a state of total dis repair. The rooms and surroundings are dirty, and in need of a total renovation. The online photos of the property are totally misleading. We had a 3 night stay reserved, but did not stay due to the poor conditions at the property.

this property is not all inclusive. false advertising. I paid for all my meals and drinks. It's dogs and cats running around the property. the rooms are mediocre. the front desk staff is a creep. he got my number out the guest book and started texting me

this is a “daytrip from kingston” kinda beach motel, not somewhere to go and relax for several days.

Wow, this place is a DUMP. We paid extra for a "Premium Suite" and it was disgusting. Very dated - toilet didn't work, TV didn't work, safe in the room didn't work, shower was all rusty and didn't work well. Tile floors cracked, mold on the ceiling, stained curtains, sliding glass doors didn't work well. Place was dirty/noisy. There is no real restaurant, no spa, etc. Food was not good. We couldn't get out fast enough.
