Me dejaron sin habitación, cancelando la reservacion. A las 2:40 de la madrugada con una niña después de un viaje de 14 horas. Diciendo que yo no avise el check-in diferido. Todo lo contrario, hice el acuse por Booking y recibí la confirmación del aviso . En fin pésimo. Espero que Booking se haga cargo del rembolso

The hotel is next to the airport and they don't have a shuttle service to the airport; they also don't have a shuttle to the cruise port. They offer an individual service that costs $15 per person. The service at the host's and in the kitchen was poor; they had unpleasant attitudes and demeanor. The televisions in both of the rooms we stayed in were broken.
