Que esté cerca del aeropuerto

Cons:

No puede ser que tengan un solo carro para maletas y que lo necesites y tengan que salir a buscarlo por todo el hotel, y encima no lo encuentren. Tampoco hubo nadie disponible para ayudar con las maletas.

Worse experience! And I’m a Hyatt member.
Pros:

Outdated hotel. Breakfast options aren’t like the usual Hyatt chains. No water during breakfast. When I asked an employee from the breakfast bar if there was more water, she said they were out and I had to go to the gym to get water.

When making coffee in the morning, double check the ceramic cups before using them. Some still had lip stains from makeup on them and/or dirty. I definitely will not stay again.

Pros:

I did not enjoy the pool here. It was dirty and outdated. The staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested. The spare bed in out room was dirty.

Disappointed
Pros:

Breakfast is gone at 9am even though it says stop at 9:30. No coffee at 9:20 and staff refused to provide more after. Bed bugs bit me and my son on two different beds.

Excelente ubicación. Frente al aeropuerto. Cercano a la zona de rental car.
Muy completo el desayuno.
Instalaciones limpias y modernas.
Una hermosa piscina para hacer tiempo hasta que salga el vuelo

Quitaría las alfombras de pasillos (gastadas y dan mal aspecto)
En la habitación también tiene alfombra pero estaban un poco mejor

que no hubo infosobre que el hotel no tiene shutle del aeropuerto al hotel y quede 40 minutos esperando, llame al hotel en varias ocasiones y nadie contesto apesar que espere en linea hasta 10 min, y al llegar al hotel constato que no hay shutle y pergunto porque no atendieron al telefono y me contestan que estaban ocupados!
